Took an engagement ring to get sized.It took them 4 tries to get it sized right. A month later where they soldered it it's turning tarnished gold. This is a silver ring.And I paid $80 for them to ruin itNow I have to go pay someone else to fix their shift work.DON'T GO THERE!!!Totally. Dissatisfied

So I got engaged 4 weeks ago.was in the mall seen this jewelry store had my ring resize. Paid 85 dollars. Puck up 1 week later.still not right. 2 time resize again .now 2 weeks no ring I can wear.3 time again resize. Now 3 weeks I can't wear my ring. Happiest day of my life had happened. But no ring. Puck up 3 time still size is too big. The lady said no it's fits. I said no it don't. So took my ring so I can finally wear it. Fell off 3 times.not happy

I recently purchased a gold chain. I have never purchased gold from a jeweler in the mall. The customer service (Vanessa) was awesome professional. She made sure I was happy with my purchase.I purchased the chain on a Saturday realizing Sunday that wasn't the one I really wanted went back got the one I wanted on Monday. With no hassle because it was within in 30days to return(no refunds/only store credit). Looking for gold it wouldn't hurt to check this place out.
