Ruthie is the sweetest of sweets! Nevermind these weird 1 star reviews. Ruthie is the most kind hearted and loving person. I've tried a few groomers and none have been as professional and as nurturing as Ruthie. She is like the dog whisperer! She really goes out of her way for - us - her clients. We have been going to her for years. She takes such GREAT care of my baby Roxy. Thank you Ruthie and Matt! Love you guys!

Update: I would be happy to provide a full explanation for my review.I have called your business dozens of times over the past 3 weeks, left numerous voice messages and text messages. All of my messages have been polite and friendly (despite a complete lack of response on your end). My only request was to let me know if you were accepting new clients or not. It would have taken 30 seconds to send me a short response instead of ignoring all of my calls and messages for the past 3 weeks.The fact you responded to my review within the hour I posted it, but you couldn’t send me a simple text message (or return any of my calls) for THREE WEEKS blows my mind.As a small business owner/operator of numerous service based businesses (including ones in the pet industry post COVID), I fully understand how busy it gets as a solo operator. However, there are things you can do to provide a better experience for your potential clients instead of ignoring dozens of their calls and messages for nearly a month.I was willing to update my review based on your response, however, your response was unprofessional and condescending. If you are not worried about your reviews online or the lack of customer service you are providing to your potential future customers, then perhaps you should stay off of social media and update your voice message to say you are not accepting new clients - problem solved.

I called this business dozens of times over the past 3 weeks, left numerous voice messages and text messages. All of my messages have been polite and friendly (despite a complete lack of response). While this business owner could not spare 30 seconds to send me a short response instead of ignoring all of my calls and messages for the past 3 weeks, they found the time to respond to my Google review with an unprofessional and condescending message within 1 hour of me posting it! The fact Ruthie responded to my review within the hour I posted it, but she couldn't send me a simple text message (or return any of my calls) for THREE WEEKS blows my mind. As a small business owner/operator of numerous service based businesses (including ones in the pet industry post COVID), I fully understand how busy it gets as a solo operator. However, there are things you can do to provide a better experience for your potential clients instead of ignoring dozens of their calls and messages for nearly a month (and then immediately leaving a sassy reply to their review). I see that Ruthie has a habit of posting rude replies to her clients who leave a critical review saying she doesn't care what they have to say. If she is not worried about her reviews online or the lack of customer service she is providing to her potential future customers, then perhaps she should stay off of social media and update her voice message to say she is not accepting new clients - problem solved.

1st time with Ruthie and Matt at Loving Touch my Sadie is a rescue afraid of everything and everyone. Ruthie took the time to come in and socialize with her I noticed right away her compassion and caring. She texted me when going into tub and videoed me her blow dry and shave knowing I was nervous. She had the best groom she has ever had it was perfect I had tears she looked so good I more than highly recommend Loving Touch will never use anyone else ever God Bless you Ruthie and Matt you really found your calling

Loving touch is right! The most wonderful couple came to groom our two girls today. We have gone through many groomers and honestly have never found such amazing people in this business. They treat your dogs as if they are babies. They are licensed and wonderfully skilled. Could not be happier!! Our girls were loved and came out looking and smelling fantastic.

Molly and Toby had their first grooming experience! They loved it! They both look fantastic! I am very satisfied with Ruthie and Matt professional service and how they kept me updated on how they were doing during the whole experience! I felt relaxed knowing my fur babies we ok and safe! I cannot thank Ruthie enough for how well she took care of my little girl! We had recently adopted her and she was riddled with huge mats and tangled fur. I'll let the before and after pictures speak for themselves! She took the time to clean her up so well. I didn't like the idea of taking my very skittish girl to a Groomer with other dogs around, and she warmed right up to Ruthie. I'll definitely be back if she ever needs another spa day.

We’ve used Ruthies grooming services going on 5 years for our 14 yo Bichon George. She is very loving towards him even as he gets more difficult to groom with his age. George always looks great and I appreciate her true concern toward his health and for giving us helpful suggestions. Best of all George loves her right back!

I cannot say enough about Ruthie and her husband! Their business name sayes it all # LOVING….. They are very sweet people and show you they really take pride in their work and truely care about animals. Loving Touch was a referral to me from my moms neighbor and I couldn’t be more happier with the results after my Toby was groomed by them. Toby was 8 months old and it was his first time ever getting groomed. I was little nervous about it all wondering how Toby was going to react to it. Ruthie took the time sending me pics during the process also letting me know he was doing just fine. She really made me feel completely comfortable and at ease!!! He was a little matted in some spots so she took the extra time to hand cut him instead of using clippers that could make him nervous and possibly could pull his hair giving him a bad first time experience. If you truly love your pet like we do please give her a call you definitely will not be disappointed… If I could give her more than 5 stars I for sure would!!!!!

Ruthie takes very good care of my best friend Gally. In prior years, he has been a handful for most dog groomers that took care of him. Ruthie was kind enough to accept him Knowing this. Ruthie has groomed Gally three times... And boy he loves her! She is so very good to him. She is so very good to the dog parent. She always makes sure about what kind of cut, what kind of medications the dog is on, in other words, she's treating the dog's whole health. I'm so happy Ruthie and Gally are friends. And I owe it all to the way Ruthie treats him :-)

Very patient and caring. My dog was being groomed for the first time and was quite scared. But they took the time to make her feel calm. They asked my permission on natural calming tactics, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about my first experience with Ruthie! I will spare the details but she had an extremely tough case and she was beyond sweet, caring and professional! I will continue to use her services and tell everyone dog owner I know!

We had a bad experience at a local grooming salon and didn't feel comfortable leaving our dog anywhere for grooming. We wanted a mobile groomer and we found Ruthie! She is phenomenal with our Tucker and he loves her! We feel so comfortable with her grooming him and wouldn't take him to anyone else! Highly recommend her!!
