I have used them twice. Each time everyone was friendly, professional, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location more than the other business establishment on Jackson street. I have had their entertainment center and table set for a year and it was put together very well. They were even open to helping me fix a broken part of the chair that was not their fault. I love this place.

The lady who was in when I stopped was a coworkers mother from work who recommended it. I was not expecting the great experience I had. She answered every question with a smile... I ask a lot of questions!! The quality of the product was amazing. The price was even better. They delivered it to and not for hundreds of dollars like most places charge!! Very happy and wish I seen more reviews on here because it’s worth it. About to order some more

I went into the store on this past Friday. Completed the financing option and picked my items. The staff was very helpful and kind. They said I was schedule for delivery on Monday. I called them first thing this morning and was told I would recieve my items between 5pm and 6pm. Which is no problem because someone is always home. However. I recieved a call at 3:49 pm and could not answer right away. I returned the call 15 mintues later and no one answered. I checked my voicemail and heard a message that asked me to return their call regarding the furniture I purchased but at this point no one has answered the phone and I could not leave a message. I am still calling right now as they close at 7pm. I would give a 5 star rating if more information was left on my voicemail and someone answered the phone. I will post an update after receiving my items.
