I was never to come here due to the reviews but had a great, pleasant experience. Pam, the technician, was lovely and funny, as well as the other staff. The blood testing was painless, and I was out within 20 minutes.

It's the worst place! I had an appointment at 10.45am for a drug test, when I arrived I checked in and the receptionist with a terrible attitude told me that I had to return after 2pm because at that time they took drug samples!!
So why do they accept appointments before that time?

I don’t understand why but my doctor office said they called because labs were not received. And your representative that picked up the call was very rude and impatient. After my third call to your facility the representative was glad to help and the doctor office received them. Maybe you can have a meeting to retrain your staff to show patience and empathy. Now the people I spoke with over the phone were very courteous and understood the urgency. I’ve been with the same kidney doctor and your company for labs. I want to continue giving your company my business.

Went for a New Employment Drug screening Wish I got her Name but she had me in and didn’t wait long at all no appointment needed and she was super sweet

I went for drug testing. The testing hours are 9-11pm & 2-4pm. The building is so bogus and the instructions on how to get to the office are unclear. Staff is was okay, you can check yourself in at a kiosk

Review edited to read more cleanly than my initial, panicked phone ramble. Edited 1/6/23Overall I'd say I've had an inconsistent quality of care at this location. In all 3 times I've been here I've never seen the same staff on hand twice. The first visit was generally fine and went as expected. My most recent 2, however, are why I'm leaving this review.I had visited on both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Due to my inconvenient work schedule that's about all I could do to get a blood sample on time. I need to provide regular blood samples to update a medical prescription and Labcorp works directly with my physician.I got the impression that the staff was used to a rapid fire pace where they wanted me in and out as fast as humanly possible. The questions were flying faster than I could answer them. On Christmas Eve I couldn't provide a satisfactory blood sample so I did all I could on my end to make sure that wasn't the case when I came back on New Years Eve. I felt overwhelmed, frustrated, and disappointed in both visits.However, no amount of quality care can really undo the fact that on that New Years Eve visit the needle was stuck into my inner left elbow incorrectly in a way that damaged a nerve in my arm. As I write this update I'm still waiting to see if I'll get full use of my arm back. Whenever I bend it too much, stretch, or pull something I feel a needling pain in the palm side of my wrist.I should mention, I'm left handed. I also work a job that requires physical labor which this injury has made much more difficult to do. I've been favoring my right arm all week, clumsy and awkward as it is to rest the left one.I'm still hoping that it can heal within the next couple of weeks but I'm still very fearful about the possibility of it never getting better. The next time I speak to my doctor I'm going to ask about either a different location or a different organization altogether. One with staff that feels a little bit more used to their practice.

Pam at the Joliet location was the only one doing reception , drug testing and drawing blood . No way to treat your employees . Pam work through it all very well apologizing . She needs to be recognized for doing a 4 person job .you need to treat your employees much better

I had a great experience today and others in the past have gone just as well. The staff is plesant and they carry out their work professionally. I haven't ever experienced a bad time like other reviews state. Going to a lab isn't the most fun thing to do, but when I have been plesant to the staff, they have always been the same to me.

I dunno what all negative reviews are about. Everyone here was super nice and funny. I was in and out in 5-10 min. Easiest drug test ever.

The blonde lady is very racist and super rude. This women has no empathy and treats people so unhuman. Does anyone know where I can report this individual? She treated me and an African American guy super unprofessional.

This place has zero respect for anyones time. Firstly they are located in the basement of this building. But only one of the elevators takes you there. The elevator that doesn't isn't marked at all. Actually unless you go into one specific entrance there is no signage at all. We had to find another office that was open and get directions from them. I went in for a pre employment drug screening. I had an order for this to show them from my possible employer. Here's the thing, they don't take any screenings from 11am-2pm. On my order their hours are stated to be 7am-5pm. On google it states their hours are 7am-5pm. It did say that they take lunch from 12pm-1pm daily. I showed up at 11:35am. All they had to do was make the smallest effort to let people know that they are shutdown for THREE HOURS in the middle of the day. They lack any sort of respect for anyone or their time. I would never go to this location, or any Labcorp, again unless I was absolutely forced to. Avoid at all cost!
