I don't appreciate being lied to. If it's not ready, don't just say "5 minutes" like you are reading from a script when it's actually going to be another 15 minutes or more.

I was trying to take advantage of my son having a few days off from school to have him vaccinated with his booster. Every facility near me was booked but Kodocare got him in next day!! We drove from Munster Indiana to Joliet and it was well worth the drive! Besides the staff being wonderful and welcoming, I really appreciated the patience and knowledge Nurse Bianca had. My son is on the spectrum and her genuine kind approach with him made him very comfortable and put him at ease! She explained every step to him, congratulated him for his efforts towards staying healthy, protecting himself and others. I even went back a second time and took my niece who wanted her booster after he told her how great it went!! Thank you all so much!

I was so impressed with the way they handled my Covid shot. Everything was very smooth and thorough and they did an excellent job. It’s good to know that there are still family pharmacies around instead of dealing with the big corporate behemoth. This is a top-notch pharmacy that actually cares about its customers!

If you haven't been lucky enough to get your vaccine yet, I"d strongly encourage you to book ASAP with Kodocare. Everything was extremely well organized from sign up to shot. I felt extremely comfortable the entire time, which is saying a lot for someone who would do anything to avoid getting a shot. Setting up the appointment was effortless, the on site staff immediately signed everyone in, and you're out in no time. A+ service across the board. THANK YOU!

Scheduling our COVID vaccines was so easy and getting the vaccine was a very smooth process. Everyone at the vaccination site was so nice and welcoming, too. I recommend Kodocare to all my friends and family who haven’t been vaccinated yet. It’s so much easier and less stressful than the other options available now.
