Please do not buy a car from here. My daughter attempted to purchase a vehicle from here on 2/25/2023. When it came time for her to leave in the car, the car wouldn’t start. When the car did start up it was making a weird noise. After going back and forth they finally gave her some of her money back. They keep over 500 for tax title and license. They did give her her plates but come to find out 30 days later when she attempted to transfer those plates to her new car, that the plates are no good. After speaking with the Secretary of State this dealership never canceled the request and the car has been titled in her name. She should have never had to pay tax and title on a car she never drove off in. Let alone the car should not be titled in her name. Now she still has to pay taxes and title fees on the the new car she did purchase after the fact (NOT FROM KING AUTO) Basically she paid over 500 for some plates she can’t use and a car she never took possession of is titled in her name. The dealer has not made this right and doesn’t seem to be concerned. We will be taking legal action and posting this all over social media.
