I bought a package of Bens rice yesterday and the expiration said use by April 30, 2024. The store should work on throwing out expired goods. It’s about to be July!

Just an average Jewel. Miss the old store director, the new one looks like she has no idea what she's doing and when I came in to shop today I heard her mutter under her breath that someone was "wasting her time" as she walked by. Not something you want to witness as a paying customer. Other than her negative vibe, all the other departments are decent and the employees have always been very nice!

Some cashier's need home training. Never touch a customer food directly, pay attention to what you packing so you just don't pick it up any kind of way.

Day before prom found out my daughters friend did not have a bouquet ordered, called jewel asked them if they could make one and boy did they! Even made the baby breathe the color of her dress. Lisa is amazing and went above and beyond. Thank you ?

Check your expiration dates. They always have expired things on their shelves. Half the time things on sale are expired which is probably why they’re on sale.
The day after I wrote this I found an $8 jar of peanut butter I bought 2/11/24 that expired 10/18/23. How does 4 month expired peanut butter sit on the shelf for that long? And it was in the front, not hidden in the back. We’ve found deli meat that was months expired, veggie sausages, ketchup…you name it. We have learned the hard way to always check the expiration date before buying from this store!!!
