Went to make a payment on my credit card and I decided to pick up a couple of things. The lady that took my payment for my credit card said she couldn't ring up my things so I politely Walked out after I threw those items on a shelf.

Make sure to call before visiting! Online and even on the doors hours posted show 10am-8pm but when I arrived at 7:20pm to pick up an order, exterior doors were locked and gate was down for mall entrance.

I was disappointed in that I went to get my granddaughter a pair of Levi jeans. Today is her birthday! After locating the correct size, with the sale price of $17.99 listed on the table housing the jeans, when I took them to the register to pay for the jeans, I was told that the jeans were $49.99! What an incredible difference! I told the cashier about the price on the table, but she didn't check out what I told her. Her only remarks were, so you don't want the jeans. Sadly, I bought a lesser priced item and left the store. JCP has always been my go-to store for my children and now my grandchildren. This is the second time in one month that this incorrect pricing has occurred! I hope someone will look into this matter! I have another grandchildrenbirthday this month !

JCP has become another Kohls. High regular prices, but always some "sale" going on. Ok selection of merchandise, nothing that blows you away. Service was fantastic.
