They don’t know what they are doing. They put me as head of house hood when I’m not . They filed a w2 from 2021 that was already filed for the year before . They charged $708 and aren’t even trained that well. They even messed up another customers birthday while I was there . I’m never coming here again when I ask them to fix it they say call the irs . I didn’t go to my normal tax lady that works with a lawyer because she’s all the way in Chicago which usually cost me $212 . And any issues she would call and fix herself or get answers for me. I got a letter in the mail saying I owe taxes now after getting a refund estimate for $3,000. The letter stated they couldn’t verify line 25 now I have to mail back all the w2s to an adress that isn’t even listed . Apparently I called the number provided below and my tax return doesn’t show up . I want to make sure they don’t charge me $708 and cancel my refund . I’m going to a lawyer to make an amended return. Rhonda cowgirl did my tax return and she was guided by her trainer or mentor but the trainer or mentor is careless and is always telling customers to do them by themselves for free if they complain about the mistakes she makes. Rhonda cowgirl was very kind to me but she needs more training. Now the irs and the number the “owner” provided under my review said I have to contact the office because it doesn’t appear to exist but I have paperwork of it with a receipt number . I’m calling and they won’t pick up or hang up . This is so upsetting .

I love the effecent and quickly the whole process is. We called and got an appointment right away. We didn't have to spend the whole afternoon while our taxes were prepared. Staff is very friendly! My daughter loved coloring at the childrens area. Making it very easy to bring our toddler.

Jackson Hewitt is a great place to do your taxes. I have done my taxes with them for the past few years and was very pleased with the experience I received my taxes always came back correct and on time.

The representative was smart very informative and you could tell right off how experienced she was. She made sure I understood every part of the process. I was amazed at how informative yet efficient she was as courteous. Usually you don’t get all 3. Excellent job! I would recommend this location to everyone.

I was given this place and a lady name Wendy who works there from my cousin who has been seeing her for years. I did my taxes this time with her and had a wonderful and quick experience. I also like how she was nice and upfront and answered all my questions honestly.
