I have had State Farm Insurance for 44 years. I did switch agencies about 22 years ago. I get better results and service from the Jack Anderson State Farm Agency - 1012 Plainfield Rd, Joliet IL
My latest event was when my old vehicle was totaled and I bought a new replacement.
Liz (Lizbeth Garcia) was very helpful in making sure I had insurance during the time I had a rental car (my older vehicle did not have collision).
She also handled getting me insured on my new vehicle and made sure it worked with my other policies.
This agency (Jack, Vicky, Liz, Mere - there is also a Melissa at the agency, but I don’t remember interacting with her) has helped me over the last 22 years and I feel great about my insurance policies. I highly recommend the Jack Anderson Insurance Agency.

We love the girls at Jack Anderson’s office! They are always so polite and willing to help with whatever we may need! We recently had a scenario where we received a summons from an accident that happened two years ago! My husband and I were terrified, but Melissa explained everything and helped us get all the information we needed! They have had our business for years and years and this is why! Great people and great service!!

The Jack Anderson team, especially Melissa, are truely the best. Ive been with them since 2018, ive got home and car insurance with them. I tell all my coworkers and friends and family, call them!! I promise its the right decision. They are so personable, they remember my name, they ask about my pets, they ask how my house is, they call back right away. Call them, i promise it’ll be the best thing you do. Ive never worked with a better team of people.
