We had a camper that was having problems with bearings over heating. A shop worked on it twice and the trailer still had issues with the bearings getting hot. We called Frank and he got us in a day before we were supposed to leave for vacation. They don't usually work on pull behind campers but got out camper sorted out. The bearings used to overheat on 30min drives and now we've been on 6.5 hour trips and bearings are cold.

Dropped off my 2017 Newmar 43ft with a Cummins for a full service to get it ready for a trip to South Dakota. Very impressed with Franks knowledge of how to service a Class A Diesel and his prices are a lot better than the competition in the area. Definitely will be using IL Truck & RV repair for all my RV service needs going forward.

I took my Thor Hurricane in for an oil lube and wipe change. The guy working is really friendly, and they had my RV done in a day. They have done other work for me as well, and I've always been happy with them. I would definitely recommend them for your big rigs.

Frank, was awesome, who took professional and personal care in helping us out on complex Hadley air bag issues along with other issues with our class A motorcoach. We had a leaf spring break on our 5th wheel. I called and because we were close he was able to come check out what parts were needed and came back with the new parts and a service truck. He had us back on the road in a couple hours. Great service, great work, and very personable. I would definitely recommend Illinois Trick & RV Repair.

Frank is the Best!! It was 4 days before we scheduled to leave on our vacation and when I went into our travel trailer and it was D.O.D dead on the driveway! I had no lights or any power inside the cabin. I did a search on the internet for Technicians who would come to my location and help me. Out of the Five I found and called Frank was the only technician who answered. Even though he told me he doesn’t work on my type of RV Frank kept me on the phone long enough to diagnose the issue. He thought it was my converter charger and gave me a description of what it looked like but explained to me it could be anywhere in my RV. Later that day I found it sent pictures to Frank and literally within minutes Frank sent me a link to an online company that I could purchase the part from. Once I received it and installed it we were up and running! Frank saved our Vacation!! Frank you are the man!! Thank you very much again!

TOP NOTCH company and amazing staff!!!!We got a flat on our travel trailer on the highway. We managed to get off the highway and make it down the street from Illinois Truck & RV Repair Inc. When I called Frank let me know he could help but was very busy and it'd be 2 hours. I called around to other places with no help. I called Frank back and he came to our rescue within minutes!!! Helping us remove the flat tire and putting on the spare so we could continue on our travels. THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! SOOOO MUCH!!!Frank you truly turned a nightmare into a not so bad day!! Thank you again!!
