We made a long drive because of the large volume of positive reviews and our high expectations were met. We had a scheduled appointment and worked with Dan. He was very considerate, straightforward, and did not try to push anything on us. He also gave us plenty of space to discuss our decision privately. In the end we walked away with a good trade-in value and deal on the vehicle purchased. Overall we are pleased with the service and experience. Would recommend.
Side note: the coffee machine has a chai latte option which was a nice plus while waiting for the paperwork.

I had negative equity on my trade in when I arrived today. Dan and the sales team were very helpful in collaborating with me to find a solution. I had the impression that my time was valued and that any questions I had were addressed directly. Would highly recommend.

Never thought I’d be a mini van mom, but here I am and I LOVE IT. I had a great experience at Honda of Joliet. Paul was beyond awesome and accommodating. He was patient with all of my concerns and questions. I am so pleased with my experience and encourage others to visit if they are in need of a quality vehicle with even better customer service. Zach went above and beyond! With his help, I was able to buy my first car. I went to other Honda dealerships in the Chicagoland area and Zach truly stood out in making the process as smooth as possible. We went near closing intending to do a test drive only but he stood after to help us close the deal on my dream car! Please ask for Zach if you go to this dealership :)

I would not recommend this dealership. I had an urgent recall on one of our cars. I called the service department multiple times and left voicemails with my name and phone number and a brief description as was requested by the answering machine. I never heard anything back from them. It has been over 72 hours. I got straight through to service at Valley Honda and we had our car fixed within 12 hours after that first call. This dealership may be better on the sales side, but be weary of the service side.

Had a great experience buying our new car here, especially with Alex M as our salesperson. Alex is very knowledgeable and took us through all of the features on the model we were interested in. They did not put on report what kind of oil put. They just put minder symbol A 2.4 L only no specification of oil. Very hard to read vehicle inspection report all column highlight with bold marking , one can not differentiate satisfactory and require immediate attention because both have black bold color assigned. X marking unable to see. No brake inspection, other Honda service center check break, add liquids. It seems their technician are not qualified. I would not suggest to visit this place , Took 1.5 hours to change oil even there were only one ahead of me.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! i bought a car a month ago and it has been nothing but broken promises and problems ! this place honesty needs to be closed down they have no idea what they are doing. very unprofessional. disgusting people in general. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND MONEY AND GET A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
