Needed black socks for a black casual dress code for an upcoming JJC Chorale performance, so I came here to buy some socks, but was struggling to find anything that was my size because everything appeared to be grouped 5 to 7 or 8 to 10 or something. One of the employees helped me find the appropriately sized socks that was buried in there and might have been the very last one in stock. I didn’t get her name, but she was very helpful and polite. I even told the cashier so as I was checking out. Safe to say I had a smile on my face walking out the door and will definitely consider returning as a customer in the future.

I come to this store two days in a row an hour before closing, and every day the fitting room is closed, I don’t understand why the store is still open for an hour and the fitting room is closed this weekend, I can’t buy a thing for myself without trying it on. Some girls measure things right in the hall. Can you explain why the dressing rooms are closed! This is very upsetting.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. I was informed H&M now charges for a bag. I get it - environmentally friendly. This must be posted as I was not the only who was not aware. BUT that a customer has to bag their own items if one brings a bag is simply UNBELIEVABLE!! The cashier stepped back as I was bagging my items with NO assistance!! Horrible customer service!! Please hire people who care & give a dam!!

Awful store. Awful managers, especially Joselyn. The cashiers need more training and the managers need to learn how to customer service. Lose the sarcastic tone of voice when talking to customers. Bring the old employees and managers back, because this used to be the only H&M in the area that actually had good customer service and was super nice and worth going but clearly there’s been a change in staff since I’ve last visited and now not worth going.

The online hours say H&M in the Joliet mall say it’s opening time is 11AM, but it really opens at 12 noon. I waited outside the store today with a few other people while the employees were walking around inside, and didn’t take any time to inform us that it opens later. It would have been nice to be informed but at least one person just to ease frustration.

These stores are all crying broke but don't actually stay open for people to shop. People who WORK & have the money to spend can't take off work to shop. It's ridiculous this store closes at 7pm. I'd ask for a rent rebate from Simon's since they are costing your store revenue.
