I came here looking for a wedding band, not feeling much hope about finding a band I loved at a price I could afford. Maria was super helpful; she made sure to show me multiple different options, and she made sure to check the prices on them to ensure I stayed in my price range. She was so kind and she even cleaned my engagement ring for me even though I didn't buy it there. I 100% recommend asking for Maria when you come here!

Always an incredibly helpful experience.
Came in with a return for a gift I had bought on sale in another state on my Helzberg card and they ensured everything was done correctly, the staff was incredibly patient and thorough in their service to unwind charges and make sure proper refunds with taxes and seasonal promotional prices were correctly accounted for and willing to answer all my questions along the way and then ran through step by step everything they did and what to look for on my credit card statement. It was a lot, and they did a great job addressing all my concerns, their service for warranties on other jewelry is always best in class, they don't try to pressure you or upsell on anything, they take their time building relationships with their customers and I will always come back here bc I know everything will be taken care of and they will provide the highest quality they can.

Leenan at Helzbergs is beyond wonderful to work with! She helped us find a wedding band to fit and match perfectly with my engagement ring as well as customize a wedding band for the future hubs! It’s such a crazy and special time in our lives right now and we are so grateful to have had Leenan’s help to get us one step closer to having everything complete for our big day!

I had a issue with my ring and Lee was wonderful with helping me fix it. She was so patient and friendly while assisting me.Update 3/16/24I had another issue with the same ring. I was very upset and almost lost hope with them but again Lee assisted us and she was wonderful. She was so patient with me and my requests. She made me feel confident in my jewelry selection.
