My recent encounter with Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet left me profoundly disheartened due to the involvement of Neil, their service manager, along with salespeople Hilary and Alan. I believe it's crucial to share my experience as it raises serious concerns regarding Neil's position as a service manager and the overall negativel culture within the dealership.During my visit, I was appalled to witness Neil, a service manager who should be setting an example for professionalism and respect, engage in racially discriminatory comments directed towards African Americans. Such behavior is not only hurtful but also completely inappropriate in any setting, let alone a professional one.Furthermore, I also witnessed Neil, Hilary, and Alan collectively engage in the mocking of disabled individuals. This kind of behavior is wrong and goes against the principles of respect and empathy that should be upheld by any business.As a result of these experiences, I am left with a heavy heart and a profound reluctance to continue being a customer at this dealership. It's disheartening to see a service manager like Neil set such a poor example for his team and the broader dealership culture.Businesses should always prioritize professionalism,inclusivity, and respect for all customers. My experience at Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet, largely due to Neil's conduct, failed to meet these basic standards.I earnestly urge the dealership's management to take immediate and decisive action regarding these serious matters. Steps must be taken to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.In conclusion, my visit was marred by the unprofessional conduct of Neil, along with Hilary and Alan. The racially discriminatory comments and mocking of disabled individuals were deeply hurtful and have left me questioning whether I can continue as a customer at this establishment.

I had lost 2 vehicles to a fire and was urgently in need of replacements and Joey Diaz at Hawk was a HUGE help! My son and I both needed vehicles and Joey was able to work his magic and we walked out happy with our purchases!! THANK YOU JOEY DIAZ!!

What fantastic service at Hawk VW of Joliet! From the moment I pulled up I was greeted by multiple people with positive energy. The place is clean, the coffee was good, the waiting area had enough space for me to work while so waited. I didn't have to make an additional appointment to have my window looked at. Such a breath of fresh air compared to my previous dealership used. The communication here was beyond words I am highly impressed by all the staff and service here!!

Seriously if you need anything from service just ask to speak to Hilary! She's honestly the best at her job and maybe the best employee there! True v.i.p customer service. I drive a 13" golf, by the way she treats me I think its a Rolls! Totally understands what you want and delivers it. Just ask for Hilary!

I needed some recall work done on my 2019 Atlas. I worked with Tony in the service department and he was awesome! The work ended up taking longer than expected so he gave me a loaner and was great communicating with me through the day to ensure I was able to get back to get it same day. I never felt any pressure to get other services. My tire rotation was coming up due and since he had to have a tire off, he had the tech perform the rotation on all tires at no cost. I won't go anywhere else. I got scammed at VW of Orland who told me to do an $800 brake job that didn't need to be done. I ended up doing the brakes myself and the pads were at 60%, when Orland told me they were "metal to metal".

Outstanding service. Spenser did a great job. No pressure. Showed us all the features of the vehicle. In and out quick. We purchased a 2023 Atlas. The whole team was fantastic.

CAR BUYING MADE EASY!! The entire team at Hawk VW in Joliet is amazing. Jose Guzman guided us through without a glitch. He put us in an amazing Atlas that we absolutely LOVE! Who likes buying a car? It lasts hours and hours. From the moment we stepped on the lot until we left was less than 3 hours including choosing the vehicle and two test drives.Jose isn't pushy like most sales people. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He worked with the Manager to get us the best deal possible and actually lowered our current monthly payment.The ease of the entire process, the transparency, and the professionalism will make us loyal customers. Thank you Jose!!

Hillary is the best customer service person that I have had the pleasure to meet. She should be cloned. She helped me on Wednesday night with an issue on my 2022 Atlas Cross Sport.
