Hawk Subaru provided a welcoming and stress-free environment. The facility was clean, well-organized, and offered amenities like coffee, donuts, and water. While browsing the lot we met top notch salesperson Dave Percudani. He is knowledgeable and low-pressure and was patient and considerate throughout the entire process. When it came time to purchase and trade in our Crosstrek, he gave us the space to make a decision without pressure. We were pleased with the trade-in offer and although they didnt have the color Outback we wanted on the lot they locate and acquired one the same day. Additionally, Dave even orded a seat cover for our dog, adding to the excellent service we received. If you are looking for a Subaru stop in and ask for Dave Percudani!!

If your buying an Outback's you need to read on problems with them. Such as car going completely DEAD for no reason!! There are lawsuits out there. Looks like they don't stand behind their product. There are plenty of complaints about this problem. SEVERAL! Since 2017 thru 2020. Even read one on 2013. I have a 2020 10,000 miles and went out last week. Nothing worked including door remote. BATTERY COMPLETELY DEAD! So lets get to Hawk on how they treat their customer's once they have your sale. I called and operator sent me to advisory. NOT AT DESK AND LEFT MESSAGE. NO CALL BACK. I called next day left another. NO CALL BACK. #2. Third time operator said no advisors at their desk so ask instead of leaving message again can she see that the messages gets past on from her. NO CALL BACK! So after reading on the Outback and the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SUBARU AGAIN. Of course all ready a sucker. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Has a great safety rating because of it don't run nothing can go wrong. Think hard before you buy from Hawk! Look at the pictures I am posting this is a 2018 with 28,000 Mi on it I will never purchase another Subaru in my life I love all the safety stuff but definitely not worth it. Make sure you tap lowest reviews don't read them five star ones

Horrible experience. Refinanced my vehicle through this dealership. Worked with Rocco & Jessie was told they would take care of my refinance. Made it seem like the process would be smooth. Fast forward 2 weeks the bank I did my refinance with had not received payoff from Hawk sabaru yet. I reached out tried to contact Jessie which took all my prior calls before the refinance and all of sudden no response from her nor her manager Rocco. I finally get ahold of Rocco after a week and let him know the situation he then proceeds to tell me "we made no commission off this loan. We don't know what's going on you'd need to contact chase and resolve further issues". How is this the consumers fault that you didn't make commission off the refinance??! Working in the sales field this isn't something you'd tell you're customers specially since you're sales associate had promised you would take care of everything! I am now a month and half into my refinance and have yet to hear back from Rocco. Whenever I call this dealership they always forward me to voicemail or get told we will call you back. I had to get corporate involved. Hoping my issues get resolved before this issue escalates with the bank! Was planning on purchasing another vehicle through this dealership now I will take my business elsewhere.

Me and my wife learned a lot from our visit several days ago. We did not have plans to purchase at all before coming in since we thought we weren’t ready for one but Dave made it work and was great at explaining and offering his suggestions and was really pleasant to work with. We were able to arrive at a value that all of us were very happy about. Came home very satisfied with our new phenomenal Outback Wilderness. Thank you Dave and Hawk Subaru!

I was in IL from out of town for work. I had issues with my Crosstrek and called Hawk Subaru. I had the tow truck drop my car off and they immediately began working on it. Everyone was super nice and they pushed me through so I could get back on the road. I highly recommend them for any service needs. They also had a great selection of new and used Subarus. I would even consider driving up from TN when I am looking to purchase a new Subaru or Mazda.
