Took my car in for was supposed to be a 3 hour repair
After waiting 2 hours, I was told the job would now take 14 hours, ok,
I got my car back 4 days later
No one called to update me
I called them, but no one knew what was going on, but said they would find out and call me back soon, no one called ,
ever
I expected much more from a cadillac dealership and was highly disappointed in the whole ordeal.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received last weekend. Having a flat tire on the highway was quite a hassle, but your team turned the situation around with incredible efficiency.
Your gesture of driving me home was much appreciated, and I was truly impressed when, within an hour, you called to inform me that a new tire had been installed on my Blazer. But you didn't stop there – you even dropped the car off at my house! This level of service is rare and deserves recognition.

NIGHTMARE Dealership !!! On 11-18-2023 I purchased a 2017
Cadillac xt5. Today is 2-26-2024
The dealer Hawk Cadillac of Joliet for 4 months has still not
registered my new title with the
state of Indiana. I've been given
excuse after excuse as to why it
hasn't been registered (i.e.
1) a third party company who we had
to replace because they weren't performing. 2) We've had personnel changes 3) We're not experienced with out of state registrations - Indiana. Etc.)
Can't get the finance manager a Shaudra
Estrella to return voice-mails, emails, or texts.
Is this legal ? The WORST dealership experience I've ever had. There is No management oversight in anything the employees work on and the customer service is horrendous.

Disappointed with service. Had a 1:30 appointment. Have a shudder in the transmission at 55-59 mph. They wanted me to take an apprentice tech for a ride. Where in joliet can I get up to 60 mph? I was told it probably needed an update on the trans control module. Why does that require a ride? Then I was told the lifts were full. Then I was told it didn't need an update, and I could contact GM. I have a 21 xt5 with 23k miles. Your service should contact GM, not me. It's still a problem. I bought the car from Hawk, but am taking it to Naperville Cadillac. I talked to a very knowledgeable person in the service department.

Friendly and curtious staff. Defintily return next time I need service. Though it took longer than usual this time for my oil change, staff keep me updated and once complete, apologized for the delay.
