First time coming here, needed to get a repair fixed on my car. It was easy to set up an appointment online. There are two separate waiting rooms but I'm surprised on how little inventory they truly have on cars if you wanted to walk around because you are sick of the daytime TV programming. Quality of work was good but pricing and how long it'll take to do repairs is a bit slow but thankfully I was checked in time to time. Fair bathrooms and vending machines.

BEWARE! We took my daughter's car there for a transmission fluid flush and to check the brakes. They told us the front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, so we had them replace them. One and a half months later we noticed that there is a lot of rust and pitting on the supposed new rotors. We take the car back to get a refund as we paid for new rotors and there is no way these are/were new. First they tell us that they can't do a refund because the "only person" who can do the refund is out till Monday. Upon pressing the issue they then said they could put the car up to look at the rotors, but still couldn't give a refund. This time it was because the "only person" who can give the refund was on vacation for the next week. I said they could look at the car but I wanted the refund right away. They again refused. Why would I waste time to have them look at the car with no resolution! After going back and forth all of a sudden the "only person" who could give a refund would be available on Wednesday if we could bring the car back then. What a joke! Do not bring your car here for service! We will not be doing business with this dealership or service center again.

Just got a great deal on a new Silverado. Brian O'Hare and John got me more for my trade and a great price on the truck. Was worth the hour drive.

Hawk is the biggest pos dealership. Let me drive away in a unsafe car. Refused to help even though all issues I have are all over internet. Customer service the worst I have ever had! Take care of your family and buy your car elsewhere!!! At a dealership that actually cares after they take your hard earned money!!!

I always return to this dealership because this is where my car was purchased from. I will only speak to this experience, but I had to get an oil change and have a code taken care of. David in the service department was more than helpful, he was very kind and very thorough on asking me questions about the condition of my vehicle as well as set me up with a really nice vacuuming and cleaning up of my car which was not expected. If everyone was like David I would never go anywhere else!

With the computer chip shortage there were not many dealerships with the vehicle I wanted. I called and made arrangements to pick up the vehicle with financing completed. Of course, you can't pre-arrange anything at a dealership, and I still had to wait a couple of hours before being able to drive off the lot. This happened 5/1, and I was issued a temp tag expiring 5/31 while they processed title and sent to my permanent address in Colorado. I received my title paperwork in the middle of June, AFTER the temp I'd received was expired. I took my paperwork to the DMV and was told the paperwork was not completed properly. I had to send it back. I spoke with Mary who sent me a UPS label to send back to her. I used the UPS label and sent back to her in the middle of July. It is the end of August and I still don't have my title so I put in a call to them. My CO temp tag expires 8/31 so I need this issue resolved. I was informed they sent my title to the DMV in Denver. I insisted they track down my title for me. I received a ton of attitude from MJ and her office manager in Title and Registration. The DMV told MJ they don't track down people's mail and they sent it to some Tremont address in Denver. I'm assuming DMV main office. With a whole lot of attitude, the office manager questioned my lifestyle and getting things done ( I live and travel in an RV) and was very condescending. I had a rule before to never purchase from a dealership because it's a nightmare. This dealership lived up to every bit of the nightmare I have avoided most of my adult life. I'll go back to purchasing used from private parties after this experience.
