This place is so incredibly overpriced, it’s mind blowing. Goodwill is supposed to be a 501C3 or NOT-FOR-PROFIT organization. Their price point says otherwise.

This is a large, well-organized, tidy Goodwill with lots of options. But, the prices are ridiculous. The cheapest dish is $1.99, which is a retail new price. Why would I buy used dishes when they're as expensive, or more expensive (you can get a brand new plate from IKEA for $0.79, or Walmart for $1.12) than new? Silly.

I love love love this goodwill. It’s honestly one of my favorites. I miss when they were selling furniture. The floor plan didn’t look as messy. Staff here are always friendly & helpful. I never leave empty handed.

Been here a few times shopping nothing exciting store was fairly clean and employees were nice but this last trip I made a donation a good amount of stuff and the employee was very helpful and nice

I stopped donating to these stores for a while now due to outrageous prices for stuff that is donated!!!! and lack of willing to help customers out at all! Seriously do yourself a favor n look elsewhere ! They can careless about customers!!!

Today is Sunday, September 10, 2023. I just here at the Joliet Goodwill. I’m writing this review to inform each and everyone of you that decide to do the drop off. Please check, get out if you can because they are stealing stuff out of your trunk right under your nose, I told the employee to just take the one box. I only had one box, the look, he kept given me I knew something was wrong. He took out of the back of my truck, a brand new hitch to keep for himself. please be very very careful. When I went into confront they tried to cover for him when I confronted him, he knew he was wrong, but would not admit to it please get out of your vehicles. If you can we’re supposed to be helping one another and here it is you’re stealing from the very ppl that are trying to give.
