This bank is a huge building with very few employees. They are understaffed and during the middle of the day there is possibly over an hour wait for sitting down with a banker. There are multiple cubicles with name plates, but only 1 person seems to be working here in the cubicles. It makes no sense. They don't take appointments either.Every interaction I have had (3) within the last few months have been frustrating and staff seems very cold.Today "Maria" told me she wouldn't help me with some of my concerns because I "had issues" with her wanting to change some of my preferences..we're talking about preferences of personal information such as alerts and my personal information.The last time I was here I requested she did NOT change any information on my account (like my phone number) as it has caused issues with my ability to access the account in the past; I have been with this bank over several mergers over time and it causes problems with me being able to access my bank account if information is changed. It's an uncommon but known issue for my account.It was really rude and unnecessary for her to ask how she could help and immediately snap back "I'm not going to help you!" Last time I was here she was more patient, and maybe the demands of this new banking company are too much on these people, but they need MORE employees and the employees they have need to be there ready to help KINDLY, or they need to leave.I am not difficult. I am specific within reason. (The reason being that I don't want to create issues with my bank account that take literal hours from my life to fix). I'll avoid this location in the future, and search for better banks to move all my money to.

Long long lines, deposit tickets and withdrawals are now at the teller. Everyone must wait in line while the tickets are filled out. They have a rep at the door who when asked why the tickets were moved, said they are working on their procedures ?

Having a checking account here is fine. Don't even think about getting any kind of loan. Been with them for 25 years and still couldn't get a personal loan. Credit is good

This bank and its employees have gone above and beyond with both my personal account and my business account. I am extremely satisfied with my accounts and their customer service! Olga helped me open my accounts and has been there with any questions or help I have needed along the way. If you are looking for a new bank this is the place to go.
