I Would Give 0 Stars But It Won’t Let You. Do Not Bank With Them. They Won’t Give You Your Own Money Out Of Your Own Bank Account. They don’t give any notice stating you can’t take money out of your account without secondary ID. If you don’t have that you should be able to use your security question you would think but no can’t do that either. What’s the point of SECURITY QUESTIONS. Anyways make sure have a house bill in your bag or you can’t get your Own money Out The Bank!

I have been with First Midwest since 1988. They used to have convenient hours and excellent online banking. Unfortunately since they changed to Old National the hours have been shortened so it's less convenient. The online banking is now more cumbersome and less informative. Today I tried to pay some bills and the bill paying page was not available.I also think that they are less staffed than they used to be. Seems like it takes longer to go through the drive-thru and also longer when you walk inside. I sure miss First Midwest. If this keeps up I might be forced to change banks.

They have service charges that they don't tell you about.They switched over months ago and all the sudden I get a $8.99 service charge.First Midwest was a great bank !! Went there for 25 years

First Midwest bank on west Jefferson near stadium customer service was bad. All I needed was replacement card and waiting 45 minutes without anyone even saying they would be with me soon. There were 3 people there and just talked with each other and then made phone calls. I finally got tired of waiting and walked out. Not the way to handle their customers.
