did take a bit for a driver to arrive but he did call to let me know he was on his way and his eta. he was very courteous and then called again to let me know my car was at the shop

O/O if you are within 50 miles of the Chicagoland area and you call anyone else you are losing time and money. Nick understands that time lost is money lost and will honey and fairly diagnose then quickly fix your problem. They offer towing and will get you back on the road at a fair price, period.
