The manager at this store should be held accountable for their dishonesty. I had two disappointing encounters where I was misled. First, I was told a size swap on a new pair of shoes wasn't possible, which later turned out to be untrue. Then, during the 5pm release of the Bred 4 Reimagined, I was informed they had run out of pairs when I was next in line, only to find out that was a lie too. This lack of honesty and integrity is unacceptable. I’m considering calling the BBB and you should consider going to the store across from them called Footlocker!

I cannot even express how wonderful of a store experience from this staffs customer service to the best selection no doubt. From Eric and Jasmine to the whole staff I have never had a bad experience and always end up leaving with a new pair when I didnt go to the mall for that from the mall for shoes. Thank you!

Got a couple In store Ws hers. Dunks and Jay's.Won't say what kind. You gotta get INTO store and gt up on it.Also... buy the cleaners. 2 for 12 bux. Yall gunna spend 200 plus on kicks for yaself. 150 for ya girl and a cnote for ya kid.BUY THE CLEANERS THEY RECCOMEND MAN

I shop here a lot and I’ve always received excellent customer service. Today was different. The manager maydali walks away from her register while Israel has a line of ppl. She was with several others gathered around laughing and joking while customers stand in line. Israel was the only person working the register. When I asked for assistance she was extremely rude.

I used to love going to JD for all mine and my family's shoe needs. I bought this pair end of August, I loved them at first up until I walked in the rain once. The blue paint got all over the white spots on the shoes. I was so frustrated because I've never had that issue with any shoes from JD or other stores. I gave them a call and they said it is over 30 days, so they cannot take them back. I'm super disappointed because these were $150+.. I would expect better quality from shoes with such a price. I don't know if I wanna go back to JD.

My first time visiting this place, it was very crowded which had anxiety on 1000. The workers were all over the place. Finally got help then he never came back. I ended up finding what I needed by myself. Prices are a little high but I would definitely go back when it's not as crowded.

Nice place for trendy new kicks. Reasonably priced. They didn't have the size I needed but it was quick and easy to order what I needed from the store and have it shipped for FREE to the house.

Great selection and very helpful employees. We even got a couple good deals.EDIT AFTER JD RESPONSE: Not sure if this is a PR/Social Media team or the actual manager of the Joliet Mall location, but please make sure the manager knows that every employee was proactively helping customers and the store was packed.. Because they stayed open 30 minutes+ late, and did not rush ANYONE in the store. Never felt a bit uncomfortable. We didn't even realize the time, they were all so polite. Let someone know that that team is exemplary, please. Thanks for a fresh great new store and great people.

Don’t waste your time! The store has deteriorated into a wasteland of zero customer service, the staff is often in the back or just not attending to customers the selection has horrible since the previous manager Chris has left and even the product selection is worse now I don’t know who the management team is now (since they’re never on the floor) but they need a reboot fast. Will not be shopping at this location again unless I am desperate for an item. The other locations are much better.
