Could not have been a worse experience
My problem was letting them ship with this horrible company
They called me Monday to schedule a delivery for Tuesday no body showed up
I called Wednesday and they said they had no record of a delivery scheduled
Most companies would have had to me on time 2 days later not a over week later with me calling them to get answers
Stay away when ever possible they don’t appreciate you , your business, nor are they willing to pretend to care.

I’m a truck driver and I’ve been to a lot of fedex terminals all over the country... this is the worst fedex I’ve ever encountered... very slow and not polite guys working here... I just needed to hook the finished trailer and I spent almost two hours on it... omg ?

worst place for a truck driver very long load check the worst place for a truck driver, very long check of the cargo, I have appointment at 4 am now at 5 am they don’t even pick up the phone to find out if my cargo is ready or not

Absolute worst FedEx distribution center I've ever been too.Guard is very rude and unfriendly to Non FedEx drivers.You're only allowed one hour on the property.If you have a live load they expect you to drop your trailer, leave the property and continue to call them to find out whether your trailer has been loaded or not. This is basically Chicago so offsite parking is far and few between if not totally nonexistent.They will not let Non FedEx employees or drivers use the restroom facilities. They don't even have the common courtesy to provide porta potties like all other shippers and receivers do.

They don't let you park in the facility if you have live load. That's not good. This is first fedex I am facing with this issue. Give drivers some respect and space just to take a nap while you are loading. Otherwise where they can go if there is no any space at the nearest truck stops. That is shame, big facility but doesn't allow to park

The gard is she is white lady in the morning so rude at the door and they forgot to put back my load bar. So plz check they before you leave
