This location is a weak link in the shipping chain!!! The lack of available information concerning my package delayed at this facility leaves me to believe that the location is either mismanaged or blatantly incompetent... probably both!

I do not recommend or trust this LTL carrier. Our Shipments using Estes are ALWAYS late with no recourse or compensation as the receiver.
