We recently had a somewhat stressful experience when my husband accidentally locked his keys inside the car. Thankfully, he walked to E-Z Auto Sales, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the assistance we received.
From the moment I dialed their number, he was greeted by a friendly and professional team. They assured me that they could help and asked for some details about our location and vehicle type. The representative was patient and understanding, which eased my anxiety about the whole situation.
The technician arrived within 10-15 minutes, which was impressive considering the busy traffic that day. He was friendly and knowledgeable, quickly assessing the situation. I appreciated how he explained the process to my husband while being respectful of our vehicle. Within just a few minutes, he expertly unlocked the door without causing any damage to our car, which was a huge relief.

Not very welcoming!!! They barely acknowledge customers. My guess is they assume you don’t have money but honey you missed out on an all cash sale !!!!

Doesn’t state that if your not within 10 minutes of their location they won’t help you. You go in to get a care and you don’t live in Joliet they turn you down even though you have full intent to buy a car. Waste of time! Would have given a zero but can’t do that

I had chance to visit the local car dealership in the area..and things just seemed a little expensive for me. However, they run a stern business but I can understand why. Walked in and I was ignored by everyone, when asking a question I got seconds of silence and gave me some backhanded response, so walked out and took my business elsewhere
