Not a lot to chose from the heels are gone they only have a bit to choose from. I don’t recommend going there. Very bad customer service.

Only two cashier's with no management and two of the three registers are broken. Both cashier's are on their phones trying to get a manager to help them.

Only found one pair of sandals today. They have a large election, but prices still very high, I will wait another couple weeks for the summer clearance!

I've been able to get great deals and coupons at times through DSW and always happy with the shoes I buy. It helps when I plan ahead and look at local inventory online, as sometimes if I stop by randomly I am just not finding the shoe I want.This store keeps me out of monster stores like Kohls and even the mall.

Terrible experience…..all the shoes for kids say “youth” so stupid I want to know which shoes are for boys and which shoes are for girls…. So we purchased nothing from the store.

Apparently DSW doesn’t give you a full refund if you don’t check out as a guest. So I will be filing a charge back for my remaining balance. What a garbage return policy from an over priced company. 1 ⭐️

Very very nice. Did not have a good selection of boots but their heals, sandals, gym shoes, and accessories were absolutely gorgeous.

Frustrated web site mentions you carry size 14 men shoes. However, the 2 stores I went to didn't have that size and was told very rarely get that size.
