I went to discount tire to have my tires rotated. I went on my lunch break and thought I would have plenty of time to get this done. Once I realized I wouldn't, I asked if I could reschedule. Andy who was at the front desk, checking me in, went above and beyond. He asked his manager if he could go ahead and go do it for me, so that I could get back to work in time. I was blown away by his kindness and customer service! He truly made my day! I appreciate Andy finding a way to accommodate my time frame and will absolutely go back to this location AGAIN!
THIS is what customer service is all about and what sets this location apart from others! Way to go Andy!!!

Second time I’ve used this location and they have been quick and knowledgeable each time! Very friendly and helpful employees. Will definitely come back if I need too.

I called and talked to a very nice man (I think his name was jason). I brought my car in the next morning and Craig helped me in the office and Joe and a couple other guys replaced all 4 of my tires. The price was very reasonable and they got it done quickly! Kudos to Discount tires! We will recommend your store to all family and friends!

Went here to have my tire repaired. Jason provided the best customer care service of any individual I've come across in quite awhile. The team was running behind on work orders but Jason kept me informed and up-to-date and the thing I appreciated the most is when Jason said that Tire Discount likes to take care of its customers and I firmly believe that. Will be back for tires and future repairs.

Staff is friendly. Prices are decent. Didn’t give 5 stars because they are closed on Sundays and if they are closed when I need them and all of their competitors are open, that’s where I go.

Very unprofessional team, i took my car for a new tire they weren’t able to pull out because they broke the bolt inside the rim, they called me to take the car in the mechaninc and supposedly they will picked it up next day since it was close and they they kept calling me to pick up the car from down the street which we did not agreed a day before after 2h in the phone they went pick up the car and got it done but i never revived a phone call that my car is ready, in the end they supposed to charge me 136$ because i had credit for the tire that I replaced but I end up paying over 200$ , also I asked them to talk to the same guy i spoke a day before they told me he is off today but when i went there he was there his name is Robert and the guy i spoke today tried to screw me his name Thomas, the only polite guy was there JOSEPH ,
Robert chris and thomas they hardly refused to talk to me and discuss my situation.
DO NOT GO AT THIS LOCATION THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DON’T DO A GOOD JOB. I hope this review it will help to someone.

Upon leaving work on the evening of 3/26/24, the low tire pressure warning light was on for my rear passenger side tire. I looked at the tire and saw it had nail in it. I stopped at a shop that was 5 minutes from my job but they were closing. I then drove 15 minutes to the Discount Tire on Plainfield Road. By the time I got there it was 10 minutes to closing. And while I sensed the Representative was hesitant to assist me so close to closing time he did anyway. He said it would be about an hour to make the repair. It took about 40 minutes. And to my surprise the repair was free! I’m very grateful to the staff at Discount Tire for providing great service and staying late to assist a customer in need. Thank you!

Momma always said, if you don’t have anything good to say don’t say it at all. So here it goes, this Discount Tire location is top notch. I been going to this location off and on since the early 1990’s. I pulled up and the team working in the garage were hustling safely from car to car, working like a well-oiled machine. The customer service representative was polite and efficiently processed my scheduled appointment. I was out of there well before the stated estimated service duration. Spoke with the manager and complimented the service and his response was I have a great team working with me. Awesome job to everyone working at this location, you exceeded my service expectations, keep up the great work!

Thank you so much discount tire. Matthew L was super helpful. I will back if i have any problems with tires. They rotated my tires and re calibrated my tpms light. And also changed my sensor. Very nice people. Thank you again
