I was a witness firsthand to Alisha’s work ethic because she was my bestfriends designated wedding planner for her wedding. The only good thing I can say is that she decorated beautifully, however every experience after that was far from professional. Not only did Alisha abandon her duties on one of the most important days of my bestfriends life she left myself and her family in charge of putting all the pieces together of a puzzle that we were all left blindsided on. After reaching out to her over 10x to ask her about why the seating arrangements were not in the correct order, why we were missing the table for guests to sign in, not to mention we were also missing a Photo Booth that was supposed to be there at the time of set up. When she finally did answer she was extremely short and rude and claimed she had to leave and did not plan on coming back. I as the host and close friend remained as professional as possible but also was in a quite of a panic because these were things her family let alone my bestfriend should have had to address on her important day and we were not experienced in this Alisha was. Not only did she not deliver fully she then began to lie and blame guests and myself for the reasoning why she didn’t return or bring the Photo Booth which is insane because that’s something that should’ve been set up in the first place not only that the aftermath of this has been less then professional she has blocked my Bestfriend from contacting her and stated she would not be getting her deposit back let alone a refund even though her job was incomplete. Her communication skills are horrible so if I could give 0 stars I would and to be completely Honest giving one star is being way to nice in my personal opinion. Proceed with caution when working with Alisha and unfortunately you will have to make sure to stay on top of her about basic things or else she will leave you high and dry like she did us,

Alisha pretended to be a professional, in the beginning of event planning for my wedding. Unfortunately, the day of my wedding which was December 8, 2023 she abandoned the event after setting up before my arrival. Once arriving to the event space my family I realized this was apart of her plan due to her not providing everything that was purchased in our contract. She also lied about the policies that the hall had established. Therefore, creating confusion with myself and the the staff working at the hall on the day of my wedding. To add further insult to my injuries, when I text her the night of my wedding for answers, she never responded. I reached out to her for the second time on today in hopes of rectifying the matter. Her response was full of created lies about how I was disrespectful towards the hall’s staff and how I left the hall a mess. Furthermore, Alisha states due to this “You won’t be receiving a refund”. Ultimately, Alisha abandoned my Wedding event as a tactic to paint “the customer” as the problem, after she failed to deliver all services paid for. Her last tactic, will be a response to this review as if she handled things professionally but I urge future customers to learn from my pain and suffering. Lastly, Alisha has blocked my number from her phone after telling me that I won’t receive a refund and to have a “good year”. So Alisha as you read this I want you to know that I will have a good year. Victory shall be mine, said the lord. See you in court!

One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. Working with Alisha was an absolute nightmare. Please SAVE your money and time and go somewhere else! I should have read the other reviews... smdh

If I could give 0 stars I would.. CUSTOMER BEWARE... DO NOT USE THIS PLANNER. She received my deposit plus additional money toward the event and then stated months later that she needed to change the VENUE. When we didn't agree to the new space SHE selected and found our own, she said she couldn't do the event anymore and didn't provide a refund. I have taken her to court and SHE didn't even show up to argue her case; so the judge ruled in my favor.. I will get my money back but if can help anyone avoid the process LISTEN UP...JUST WANTED TO ADD AN UPDATE.. THE RESPONSE LISTED IS A LIE. I HAVE NEVER SMOKED ANYTHING A DAY IN MY LIFE. THIS BUSINESS WILL BE NON-EXISTENT REAL SOON, RIGHT NOW SHE IS OPERATING WITHOUT A VALID BUSINESS LICENSE.. SO BEWARE WHEN UTILIZING HER SERVICES OR CHECK FOR YOURSELF

DO NOT USE HER SERVICES!! If you don't want the hassle of trying to get your money back when she cancels find another event planner. Everything was fine with the planning until the owner let me know that she no longer had her own venue. We didn't like the venues that she selected and found our own, I let her know and she decided that it didn't fit her schedule and wouldn't complete the contract even though I paid to secure her services months in advance. Then she told me that she would not refund my money and I could take her to court. Needless to say she was served and didn't show up for court!!!!

Alisha was very professional, friendly, and flexible.. I thought I knew what I wanted but when I came to her she definitely enhanced my ideas. Definitely recommend her to anyone. Will be booking again soon. Thanks for the hospitality❤️

I needed a space last minute for a small business meeting considering the fact the place I ordinarily had arrangements with cancelled last minute. I reached out to the owner Miss Alisha AFTER hours to my surprise she answered, I explained my situation and she assured me right away that I needed NOT to worry or stress anymore. I explained to her my concerns about wanting things to be welcoming and very professional. I was worried how the turn out would be with time being of the essence but she performed. Venue was extremely clean, Wi-Fi connection, and tvs that I was able to connect my computer to so I wouldn’t have to use my laptop for views purposes. She set up tables with very nice decor in the middle of the venue providing my meeting privacy. The owner was very professional, reassuring and accommodating. I will be returning but the next time around this spot won’t be a last minute idea it’ll be my go to going forward. Thank you.

Omg I don’t even know where to start! Alisha was everything for us! Prior to booking, we didn’t read the 1 star reviews which I’m happy because having the opportunity to meet her in real life will show you the complete opposite! Our event was very last minute, she was able to find us a slot for the day and time we needed! She took in ALL of our ideas and put them into reality, which let me tell you.. it was a lot! We had about 3 brains of ideas coming at her at the same time! A couple days prior to the event I asked for a suggestion on how to incorporate my friends dad that passed away and she voluntarily took over and created the perfect idea. When people have events, the most stressful part is the set up! Decorations etc... but if you purchase a qualifying package, she will set up/decorate for you! Which takes alllllll the stress off you! You can literally just show up and enjoy the party! The hall within itself is soooo beautiful, very spacious, and clean. I 10/10 recommend this hall. If you’re someone that reads reviews, I ask that you intake the good reviews because I promise they are true! You can’t satisfy everyone sadly but, I can say that Alisha was very helpful and professional and made our event 10 times easier.

If I could give 0 stars I would. But I will say that she deserves 1 star because the decorations were cute. As far as professionalism please RUN AWAY!!! This lady had the nastiest attitude, she was yelling at people who attended the event, she also abruptly bumped into a couple of people but she did apologize! I would advise her to take some pointers from other business owners and to take classes to learn proper etiquette when running a business regardless of frustrations or when running into an issue there are ways to conduct yourself and handle situations professionally and with class.

AVOID!!! THE OWNER OF DIAMOND BELLE EVENTS CANCELLED ON US LAST MIN. Finalized everything with us when we wen to see the hall. and agreed to have us come in and setup early. But originally told us she'll give us 2 hours to setup. No banquet halls or any hall gives you 2 hours to setup plzz. You need entire day or half a day! On top of that she's saying we r last min like that's her prob. I think she took advantage of that. Gave us another price and we confirmed many times then turned around and changed it. Called and texted many times we will agree to pay extra money. didn't respond. Called from a different number husband hung-up on me saying she's not there. Her phone and she isn't there. People who try to take people's money eventually face their own Karma! I hope people really read this review and think twice before booking. Also, i wish i read the reviews earlier before even calling.
