“This was my first time in this Ross location and it didn't disappoint! I found Easter shoes for myself and my daughter. Plus matching shirts for my son's, a pair of Summer sandals, something for home decor, our Morkie pup and snacks lol
So happy we stopped in and completed most of our list. I can always count on Ross for great beauty and hair care finds to at great prices

“By no means am I an acoustical ceiling installer but I needed pencil rod to hang some horizontal conduit that would hold barcode signage in a warehouse. On a whim, I wandered in there and I was pleasantly surprised that everything was handled straight away. I kind of wandered into an office like area and there was a guy sitting at a desk so I knew I was in the wrong place, but then he gladly asked me about ordering, took my order, payment and pointed me in the right direction of where to back my truck up to their warehouse. The guy in the warehouse was super nice. It's kind of an unconventional business model inside there but I promise you it's all hands on deck to help customers get what they need.”

The staff at the checkout work very fast and efficiently to get everyone in and out quickly. Overall, it’s always a pleasant place to shop, and I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“I like Ross because they have a lot of good thing s for a great price, the shelves were decently stocked. I found a lot of Christmas gifts. but the one thing with Ross is that they never have enough cashiers. eventually I got in line a cashier. I went to to say hello but she was annoyed that I had fragile things and absolutely refused to wrap them or put them with pillows I purchased. she seemed very irritated that she had to to use one thin bag to put my item in separate that was breakable. I wasn't going to sit there and argue. she had absolutely no desire to be careful packing the glass items that I purchased. It was like I was putting her out. some of the customer service I've received at Ross before has been good but most of the time the service is like this. I still like the store but I wish the employees would be a little bit more helpful.”

“Even tho this location is on the dirtier side, this is my favorite Dollar Store to go to! And the workers don't talk much, but are very nice when they check you out. Plus, they always greet you when you walk through the door!”
“It's a hit or miss at times but there is a lovely Caucasian lady I love her spirit no matter what she will greet you sing she is a Godsend especially for this location. I have to get her name and edit this because she deserves the world! The new plant based cleaning line with grapefruit definitely try it works great and pleasant light scent not overpowering or harsh.

“I was trying to pay for my purchases with an invalid bank card. I'd forgotten my bank had canceled that particular card and issued another one. I had not received it yet in the mail. I was soo embarrassed by not being able to pay for the cart full of items. Fortunately, my bank was in the same area as Walmart. What was so amazing and caring was the agent that was supervising the self checkout allowed me to leave my items with her while I went to the bank and withdrew the funds in order to pay for my purchases. She watched over my cart. Everything was there and intact when I came back to the store!..☺️”
