Personally, they are understandable and do everything possible to make everyone feel comfortable even if one has their pain. Thanks to my father's funeral, he was fine as far as possible. I recommend them, thanks to the name of the Ruiz Rodriguez family, and the Ramirez Ruiz family.

Delgado funeral Chapel went above and beyond in our most difficult time. They where very attentive, understandable, respectful, cost effective and the place was very organized and clean. They're communication skill was superb. It made us focus on our ordeal instead of worrying about the proper arrangements they where on top of everything down to the little details and our wishes was fulfilled to the fullest. Special thanks to María and her 2 daughters for all their help with the services of my father. Everyone went above and beyond to help us plan every detail of his funeral. Maria helped us during one of the most difficult times of our life and we will forever be grateful. My family highly recommends using Delgado Funeral home. María will do an amazing job to ensure everyone feels welcomed and a part of the entire process.

It’s been nearly 3 years since my grandmother passed, and Delgado funeral chapel did an amazing job supporting my family through the process. They are patient, kind, and understanding, even when grieving can put a hold on the plans. We have a large family (grandmother had 9 children), and members who speak both English and Spanish, and never once did we feel taken advantage of or that boundaries were crossed. They helped make it possible to do the funeral and burial of my grandma in Alabama, and we couldn’t have done it without their support in the process. They had also done the same for my grandfather over 10 years ago, and we were so happy to see they were still doing a great job all these years later, and helping families through such a difficult time.

Delgado takes advantage of individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one. I recently reached out for a quote for the funeral for my brother. Delgado took it upon themselves not only to harass me with phone calls they also wanted to know reason of death instantly instead of being a professional and just providing their condolences. Delgado asked one too many unnecessary questions that had nothing to do with information on their funeral services, it is hard enough to plan the wake of a loved and to still answer unnecessary questions to such an unprofessional company. As a funeral home they should not be in business. Not only did Delgado harassed me to book my funeral services with them, they also took it upon themselves to contact the morgue to request for my loved one with no authorization from anyone in my family. Delgado is a funeral home that feeds of the vulnerability of people grieving their loved ones. Delgado claims to be there for the Hispanic community and help them in their time of need but all they do is take advantage of the community because of the language barriers they face. DO NOT put yourself and family through an unpleasant experience, avoid the headache and reach out to a true professional that will actually help you honor your loved one.

Attended a visitation for a close family friend here. It was a very nice funeral home. They had a very nice slide show / video show memorializing our friend. He was an Army and Navy veteran and they had sections of the video dedicated to his service. All of the employees were very kind.

Best funeral chapel on the Eastside. Unfortunately, our family has had to have multiple wakes this past year but Delgado's hosted beautiful services for our loved ones.
