The service department at Darcy Hyundai was top notch ! I had problems with my headlights which was part of an old recall that another dealership never fixed . I decided to take my car to Darcy instead and service advisor Austin went above and beyond to get the issue approved by Hyundai and my headlights were finally replaced . Great service and great experience overall !

I worked with Isa Romero until the Tucson I wanted delivered and then worked with Nick Blazen on the sale and Matt on financing. The entire team was wonderful - you won't find a better deal around and I drove 1.5 hours from home to buy with Darcy - the team is that worth it. Nick was super chill, answered all questions, demonstrated all the tech and made me feel really comfortable driving away in my new SUV. He was transparent, honesty and listened! My husband bought here, I bought here and I'll refer anyone looking for a car here.

I walked into the show room around 12 this afternoon, looked around didn't see a Palisades on the floor so I looked at the Santa Fe and left, no one even acknowledged that I came in

Leasing process here was great especially with the no pressure sales tactic, but the service department has not been the 3 times I’ve been here. First two times the service advisors were not friendly. Second time they wouldn’t honor the paintless dent repair even though I have a warranty on that. Earlier in the week the guy was nice but I was told I would need to pay for the tire repair even though I have a tire warranty. I guess it must be too time consuming for them to call it in until someone mentions it.

Received bad repair service. Ignored my concerns and root cause of my issue. Told me my car was ready and fixed after replacing the battery but this didn’t fix the issue I told them about and after getting car back same issue occurred within 20 minutes of driving. Had to take car back in which delayed and altered my birthday celebration. When I took the car back. I knew seemed apologetic or offered anything to offset the inconvenience.

I took my 2024 Kona to this dealership for service. They charged me for complimentary maintenance, but after reporting the issue to Hyundai's escalations department, I am being reimbursed. Additionally, they failed to report the service to BlueLink or Carfax. I would not recommend this dealership.

I have never had a more positive and amazing experience at a dealership. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with respect, kindness and genuine interest in my needs. Max, my salesperson was thorough, funny, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Matt in Finance did the impossible and made the finance portion of the purchase smooth and stress free. I left the dealership feeling as if what I just experienced was too good to be true. At 52, I probably don’t have many car purchases left in my lifetime. That said, I can guarantee that for the rest of my car buying days, I will return to D’Arcy!

What an AMAZING experience!!!
My husband and I were starting to look for a new vehicle for to and from work, we put on a lot of miles daily. We looked at D'Arcy Hyundai in Joliet primarily for the excellent Hyundai warranty coverage and great reviews online.
First impression: We walked in to this gorgeous (brand new) dealership and were immediate greeted with a smile and hand shake by Nick Blazen in car sales. Wonderful start (we usual dread going into car dealerships)!
The Process: We explained exactly what we were looking for, an affordable car/SUV to support our 90 mile round trip ride to work each day. Nick sat down with us and came up with a plan, showing us many options both pre-owned and new. We went on the car lot and he starting showing us one by one the options, including a couple test drives. Nick spent several hours with us going over many options all while staying within the price range we were looking for.
We knew we found exactly what we were looking for but since we do not make on the spot decisions, we left to discuss everything and decided to come back in the morning to finalize everything.
As we were on the way to the dealership the following morning we missed a call, it was Nick Blazen. The message left was to call him if we there was anything he could further help us with or if he could ever help us in the future to not hesitate to call him. How refreshing, no high pressure sales, never had that from a dealership! When we arrived moments later, we told Nick we choose the 2024 Hyundai Kona and we were ready to proceed.
Finance: Our trade in was valued well, no complaints, a more than fair offer! Jimmy started the financing and the payment numbers were even lower than I imagined. Never went to a dealership coming in under my price range, so happy! The lower payments allowed us to get the extended warranty, which we could definitely use with high mileage. The paperwork was super fast and within an hour we had our beautiful new SUV in front of us, perfectly detailed! Nick proceeded to spent even more time with us to show us all of the awesome features in the new Kona.
The Next Day: We received a call from Nick thanking us and telling us to call if we had an questions or needed help with anything in the new vehicle.
Final Thoughts: This was the best car buying experience we ever had (being middle aged and buying many vehicles that says alot) and owe that to Nick! Nick gave us so many options and was patient through the whole process with our many questions, and we had a lot of them! Taking so much time to explain the options, even knowing we were not buying that day, truly showed his character!
While the 2024 Hyundai Kona is brand new, I hope the future interactions with service are just as wonderful!
To Nick Blazen: Thank you so much, you have a customer for life! Keep that smile, it is contagious!!!
To the Managment of D'Arcy Hyundai: If we had a company, we could only be as lucky to have all of our employees like Nick!

After purchasing an elantra N from this dealership early 2024, 6 months later I get a bubble in the sidewall of a tire. They refused to entertain the idea of a defect in the tire sticking me with the bill. After 3 different phone calls to confirm they have the tire and schedule a time to put it on they took just shy of 3 hours to change a single tire and somehow a technician did an oil change for no reason in the process. Will be finding a different service center for the future.

I love D'Arcy Hyundai. This is by far the best buying experience I've ever had. I felt it was straightforward, no nonsense, when I asked questions and asked to take out line items, they explained what it was and if I decided I still didn't want it, they didn't fight me. Additionally, they didn't do this funny business that some dealers like to do which is "how much do you want to pay a month for your car?" I am looking at the total charges AND how much I'm paying a month because it's mine! I want to know and if you want my money, you'll tell me! D'Arcy understands that and respects it. They really are interested in serving your best interests and needs.
