Pharmacist is nice if you can a hold of them. Prescription is not in stock . App is useless. It only tells you the prescription is "delayed" with no ETA and have been for 6 days. You have to call and navigate through few minutes of prompt. Called 5 times today and got hung up automatically. I still haven't talk to a Pharmacist. That's what the frustration comes from.
CVS. Please add a "stock" level in your website and allow me to move my prescription to another location that has it in stock vs. blindy trying my luck elsewhere. It's 2024 this type of stuff should be easy to do. This location lost my business. CVS is about to if I don't get this resolve quickly.

I called yesterday since my prescription would go back on the shelf today. I asked if they could extend it for me until today (just 1 extra day). They said it wouldn’t be a problem. I come in today and was told it was put back on the shelf and it would be over an hour to have it refilled. So I wasn’t told the truth by the person I was on the phone with yesterday. It’s really a waste of people’s time to lie. Especially since the pharmacy is really out of the way for me but make it work because of my insurance. My suggestion is to stop telling customers one thing and having it not be true. I went out of my way to call to make sure they could extend for nothing and that’s really upsetting.

Rarely has prescriptions in stock. I’m not notified if it’s unavailable unless I call and navigate through 5 minutes of prompts. Then I have to rely on someone to transfer them to another pharmacy. Why wouldn’t it automatically be transferred to a location that has it?? At least tell me if it’s out of stock when you get the order. Obviously I need it for a family member if a doctor called it in. Usually only 1 person working the register so if 3 people are checking out, it’s going to be a wait.

15 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer.
Every time I call always wait 20 minutes+ before I give up and hang the phone.
