The phone number is no help at all. It’s not even for the store, it’s for the pharmacy. Which is no halt at all, inaccurate information, can’t be transferred to a person and hangs up on you.

Come on, cvs. I can't talk to a live person. I get to leave a voice mail message, then maybe get a call back in 1 hour. This is neither here nor there, but I've ALWAYS supported cvs over every other pharmacy (primarily for investment purposes), but perhaps it's time to consider moving on.

Closing the pharmacy drive thru window (even when cars are in line) during lunch hour is really bad! And the inside is closed too? CVS is not going to be successful by doing things like that. Look, If CVS isn't making money on doing prescriptions, STOP DOING PRESCRIPTION ALL TOGETHER INSTEAD OF MAKING "CUSTOMERS" UPSET WITH BAD CVS SERVICE.

Quite frustrating that the website states this a location that accepts disposal of medications. The last 3 times, over the course of a few months, each and every single time, the medication box says that it’s “temporarily out of service.” I wonder if it’s ever been in proper use before. Don’t bother going here

came to pick up meds for my grandma which were dropped off 2 hours prior to me trying to pick them up. we were told it would only be 45 minutes when we dropped them off. i went inside store and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone decided to stop what they were doing and come help me. i was then told to wait 10 more minutes for the scripts that should’ve been ready an hour and fifteen minutes prior. so unorganized.

Recently the pharmacy made it so you can't call them directly. It forces you to say first no to downloading the app and then makes you leave a voicemail to be contacted later, if they feel they need to. No ability to consult. If my insurance didn't force me to, I wouldn't use this pharmacy at all. The absolute worst service.
