I would give 5 stars but only for the tellers like Ana and Hazel. But there’s this one annoying guy that comes and stares over them and talks so condescending to them, and then he wouldn’t stop talking about his vacation. This bank needs a new manager, Ana & hazel would be great candidates. This bank won’t know what they have until they lose it

The tellers are phenomenal! Irma and Jesus and odalis, ana, hazel, and I'm sure I'm missing a few. Haven't seen Irma and Jesus in a while, however.The tellers do an excellent job, and they are the only reason I bank with chase. I'm a local business owner so I am here often. 3 times a week at timesThat being said, the manager - I'm assuming - is an absolute disgust. As a manager and business owner myself, I can see that this man has no competency regarding managing.Here are a couple of examples:He degrades the tellers in front of customers.Tellers often have to go to the back to get something, and they all tell always let us know that they will be back with us and come back within 1 minute. But the manager always comes and unnecessarily repeats what was already relayed to us and then scolds the tellers for going to the back even though they need to get coins from the back to complete transactions.I often see him scold clients or tell them how they should be acting, including younger adults and teens who are smaller. He seems to be scolding them more frequently whenever I have come by.Several times I have seen him blow up their [tellers] phones trying to call them while they interact with customers or even scold them[tellers] in front of customers for not responding to emails.Seeing him as a manager at a chase gives me inspection that no matter how bad of a human I am to others or how useless I become, there will always be opportunities for me since this guy is able to be a manager at chase. If he can do it, anyone can do it. The bar is on the floor.Once again, thank you, tellers, you guys are the best!

No one in house to take care off accounts . Door on vault broke , waiting for repair. So it you need to get in vault or need a banker , forget it . Call first .

This location makes me want to close down my 13 year old bank account. Honestly, very very terrible service from Chase Bank at this location. I understand that it's Joliet and the crowd is a little bit ghetto. But regardless of what the customers are they should still be like any other location but not.

They stink as a banking institution.I withdrew chunk of cash and they asked what for, what do I do for a living, what company do I work for?It's my money!I tried to withdrawal 5 thousand once and they only had 700 dollars.They have plenty of locations, but a lot are just ATMs inside a building. If you try to call to see if it's an actual bank (instead of driving around all day in search of a bank that has money) then the call is sent to a customer service center and you have to enter a bunch of information and navigate menus to FINALLY talk to a person. then tell them the name of a city. That city has 4 locations which one do I want? Well probably the one I called... Or whichever one actually has 5000 dollars... "Oh, sorry no banks are answering the phone. You'll have to call back later"

Still waiting on someone to call me back, regarding a home loan. No indoor appointments I was told, funny thing is - I called a branch closer to my home and met with someone the next day. Problem solved! Only after making 20 phones calls to the customer service line!

Doesn't make any sense how the bank in west Joliet is open for indoor banking dispite this pandemic but this one is only open for the drive trough and ATM. The lobby to this location is still closed. If you need to order a replacement card they're telling you to use the Chase mobile app. Seriously?! ?
