Not POC friendly. If you go in as a person of color you’ll understand what I mean. The attention from staff was primarily to watch me to make sure I wasn’t stealing.( AS IF)
Didn’t feel the same energy or attention as the Caucasian men in the building.
Very upsetting, especially in 2024.

I give them a one because I drove an hour to get here ( I’m writing this while in their parking lot. Very small by the way), but when I get here there is a sign in the door saying Staff had to step away will be back at 3:30. It’s 2 pm on a Friday !!!!
The customer service, price points or quality of product doesn’t even matter if you can’t even get in to shop. I’m very upset right now.

Stopped in to order my flannel shirt and I was happily surprised that it was in store this year. I was also shown some t-shirts that were on sale so I purchased four. Great experience, Casual Male is my go to!

Always a positive experience at the Joliet store. The employees are really nice and helpful. I shop for and am with my lower functioning adult son when I am in. The man working the day we were in helped us find the right size that would work for my son.

I drove here from Morris. Although the hours states 11-7, I got here at 2:00 to find a note on the door saying staff will be back at 2:45. This is not a way to run a business

They were so kind and helpful. They helped me find a shirt that I needed last minute before heading out of state to go to a funeral. The store was very clean and had clothes that fit me well. I will definitely be returning to this store!

I had a horrible experience at men's wearhouse in Joliet because of a greedy and very unhelpful sales team so I ended up here and was helped with a great effort in such short notice of a death in the family and the sales person whom I apologize I forgot they're name "I'm bad with names" was so helpful and gave me options and answered all my questions made me feel more comfortable spending my money with casual male XL and also had more quality clothing...I was able to buy dress clothes at such a short notice and be happy with my purchase....thanks casual male XL I will definitely come again

This place was great, very nice cs no push over on sales everything I needed fit perfectly. Place was clean decent options definitely will by my place for casual/dress clothes!
