Ordered a golf bag two weeks ago. Received a cancellation of my order with no reason or offer to continue my business. This is the second issue I have had with this company. I recommend going elsewhere for you golfing needs. I know I will.

I spoke with George, the forklift certified professional. He was so knowledgeable and helped so much with what I needed. I finally have a putter that I can use effectively, would highly recommend!

I ordered a couple of golf vests from their site, but unfortunately neither of them really fit the way I wanted. I used their shipping label to send in the return, and the package was "lost" by UPS... i thought this story would end in disaster, and I'd eat the cost of the two garments. But alas! The service rep responded to my note about the situation, and resolved it right away with a prompt refund and a code for 10 percent off! I went from never doing business with them again, to now writing this review about their stellar customer service. I would recommend you give them a try.

This Bagboy “chiller” is perfect it is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect for carry or cart.Budget Golf replied in a timely manner to my questions. After placing my order it shipped the same day and because I live relatively close to their facility I received it in 2 days.This is not the first time I ordered merchandise from them and every time they have responded in a first class manner.Great job Budget Golf !!!!

I tried to order a golf bag for my boyfriend. The money came out of my account the day after purchase. I got an email that went to my spam email stating that the purchase was complete. I got a tracking number but it was supposed to be delivered by 2/7/20 and now its pushed back to 2/11-2/13 and all it states when I track the package is that a shipping label will be made shortly. It hasn't even left IL yet. A complete scam of a company. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from this company. Luckily my bank refunded my money from this scam company and I bought a bag elsewhere. Buyer beware!

I ordered a set of clubs that said they would ship from Calloway directly. After 10 days of nothing I finally got someone on the phone who said they are back ordered until Aug. Funny, Calloway’s own site says they are in stock. I told them just to cancel the order. Very unprofessional, do not buy from this company!

I ordered under armour golf pants from here and did not fit right. They were quick to refund and no issues. I bought a cobra driver and they quickly offered me a better price. I have been shopping here for years and no issues. I wish they had a little more selection but over all good experience

Returned a pair of shoes that didn't fit. They had me pay the return postage AND deducted the original cost of shipping from the refund. So I essentially paid twice to ship the shoes I now do not have.When I called to ask if this seemed fair, and said most other golf suppliers aren't doing thsi they were rude and said they were a small business that couldn't afford to compete.I won't be doing business with them again.

Purchased Datrek Lite Rider II Cart Bag, and Cleveland RTX-3 Cavity Back Tour Satin Wedge. Price was cheaper than what I would've had to pay in Canada.Shipment took 2 days to reach me and both items were exactly as I ordered. Extremely happy with the product. Will definitely look to shop here again.

WHAT A RIP OFF!!! Purchased 4 pairs of shorts and the BROKERAGE FEES almost cost what I paid for the shorts!!! WHAT A JOKE!! Stay away from here CANADIAN SHOPPERS!!!!
