Went here to get a new SIM card for my new phone and the lady said my phone wasn't compatible with Boost. I went online to make sure my phone was before ordering it. Wasted half an hour for her to not help me at all. Went to a different location and they had me in and out and were able to help me. She must not have known what she was doing.

Worst place ever got me two phone one didn’t work at all the other didn’t work either so went back to thinking they give me my money no problem come to find out they still have not paid me at all I am so disappointed in boost mobile they need to learn how to give back if your not interested in the phones anymore especially when you bring their products back smh very sad !!
