Goofy was all in my face abt getting into my account, all worried abt putting my info to leave me standing there waiting on her fellow employee to help me while busy with another customer while she ran out the door. Only to finally get helped 20 mins later, only to be told I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR cuz her goofy self locked me outta my account! Horrible!

Went there back in Nov to buy a phone. Got insurance on it n family plan too. Well now my phone is damaged, now mind u it hasn't even been a yr since iv had it. So I call n they tell me I'm not on family, n have no insurance. Is this a joke!!! I'll never go back to this place nor be a customer of boost. This isn't right, especially since iv been w them for a long time.

The owner is very nice, I pay my cousins bill there every month, no other boost that's close to me wants to give me a receipt.

If you are getting a new phone, and are technologically challenged, like I am, head over to Boost Mobile on Larkin Ave. and ask for Alex. He switched all my info over to my new phone for me (not his job) and even offered to go out and sync my new phone to my car (certainly not his job). I declined his offer to sync it to my car, but that offer was so going above and beyond in the area of customer service! The next day I went back because I needed help with something and Alex fixed it by pushing 2 buttons (embarrassing for me). He told me to enjoy my vacation, which he remembered I was going on from the day before. Alex is a wonderful asset to that store!

I went to a different location where they told me I needed to buy a new phone to get on the new 4/5g network. Thankfully I double checked if someone could set me up with the new network at this location! Alex set my phone up in just a couple minutes and made sure it worked correctly, no new phone needed! If you have a galaxy they are able to update it as long as it is an S7 or newer!
