My mom went to get some money and it didn’t give it to her and it was quite a bit and it showed up on the app but no receipt or money do not recumend when not open good luck

On 2/15/2024 I went into this location to go ahead and withdraw a large sum of money for a large purchase (a car). Immediately after I made my request the bank teller went to another associate, and they started talking about my account details on the other side of the small building. I could hear them making comments such as "another one came in like this today." "Maybe he works at the university," after GOOGLING MY TRANSACTIONS and gossiping amongst themselves. This went on till I pointed out that I could hear them, and if there were any issues, they could talk to me to verify my identity. I pointed out how it is highly irregular to state "another one came in here today," and must assume this is due to my foreign background and accent. Regardless of intension, I am a human being and a paying customer and would have liked to be addressed as a professional instead of having a group of bankers googling and discussing where my funds are coming from. This is when a young banker got up and made it a point to be condescending about my concerns and claimed that "I am pretty sure they aren’t trying to hide anything from you" at this point I felt ganged up on when I was just trying to uphold a standard of procedure and felt myself being profiled and having my privacy and personal business breached to random employees. If they really were keen on verifying my identity, they could have asked me for my last two transactions or something, they didn't have to start googling and sharing details about me amongst themselves under the pretext of "protecting me," I felt disenfranchised both in service and in defending myself. I will never be banking with BMO again

The website says the bank drive through is open until 1pm on Saturday. I’m here now at 11/4/23 @ 12:15pm but it isn’t open at all. Disappointed in the services.

What’s the point of having the tap reader on ATM’s if they’re not going to work? This is every Bmo in Joliet and new Lenox and I’m sure elsewhere.

This is absolutely my favorite branch. I do like the one in New Lenox as well. I have gone there for years. Very good service. But I must say the one on Midland. Has great personal Bankers Guadalupe is so helpful. She knows. The people she serves I can call her on the phone and she knows exactly who I am just by my place. She says hello Ericka. Which you would think isn't much. But it's extremely important to me.. So to all the BMO workers!! You are appreciated! My identity was stolen black Friday and when i tell u they were on top of it. They Where! Like i said! My Favorite Branch??

The staff is very racist. I had a large direct deposit from my school from FAFSA. I went into the branch and made a payment to my landord for over $1,000 and then I handed her my withdrawal slip and she took over 10 minutes looking at my account with two other employees. I asked if there was a problem and they said they are trying to verify my direct deposit is available when it clearly was on my banking profile for several days before I walked into the bank. They then told me I had a poor attitude and needed to go to another bank for my withdrawal. Totally disappointed in how the manager handled the situation. There is no reason for a employee to feel like they can randomly check my deposits as if she is an auditor. I plan on taking all my funds out of BMO and speaking with an attorney.

This is and will always be one of the best banks, they always have very friendly people serving, there is always parking, the products and services are very complete, the staff is very prepared and trained, I give 5 stars.
