Avoid BMO Harrris bank. Staff at the branches are courteous but there is virtually no online help available. Attempting to call the toll free help line will consume no less than an hour of your day. Bait and switch interest rates are not worth the headache.

I waited an hour to speak to a banker, just to get my bank card replaced because I caught fraud on my own account for the second time not bmo. Helping customers in a timely manner is apart of customer service. There’s no reason people should be waiting an hour to speak to a banker, if there isn’t enough of you hire more people

I love the staff here specially Wendy Estrada she is a very kind lady she always smiled while talking to us. There was a few people but I was taken care off quick. Everything was calm i really recommend to come here ? ( about the picture I had to take it secretly sorry?)
