It's happened twice that I've bought an item that is broken and been told to go the Manufacturer without them even offering store credit for the defective items. Bring back Circuit City.

On 1/15/2024 I Ordered a Tv with installation because my current Tv is a 75’’, and is mounted on wall above my fireplace so, I ordered a new LG G3 83’’ to replace my old Sony so long story stort : they came and mounted my new tv on Tuesday 1/23/2024 once mounted the new tv failed to turn on despite all the trouble shooting the techs tried it didn’t work, so they took it down remounted my old tv and took the defective tv back saying to me that some one from the store would call me back the Same day and fix the issue, that never happened, l called them myself the next day just to be put in a loop and was redirected multiple times to different techs to get this resolved but in the end the delivery was setup for Thursday 1/25/2024They came and delivered the tv on that day but when I asked them to mount it they refuses saying that they were 3rd party contractors that just delivered and they told me to call Best Buy.I called Best Buy’s customer service department and asked for the installation to done for me asap the phone call was attended by some call center in the Philippines and the tech assured me that the installation team would come out on Sunday 1/28/2024 and that I would be receiving a email informing me of everything. Today’s Sunday while Im sitting here writing this, I waited till 2;30pm and call the Best Buy customer service again! To which I was told there was no pending service order for the installation, and I at this point got upset and told the entire story, he didn’t care he said the soonest possible appointment they have is Tuesday 1/30/2024 .I don’t know if they will even come on that day.I don’t think I will ever go to Best Buy for anything again in the future they just don’t care about the customer after they get there money.

My wife had a Greek Squad appointment set for 11:00 am Tuesday to fix her iPhone screen under AppleCare warranty. After taking off time at work to get her phone repaired, she was told nobody was available to fix her phone today despite her 11:00 appointment. She was rescheduled for today at 12:00. After waiting for 2 hours for this repair she was told by the Geek Squad member that she could just come and pick up the phone when it was finished. This was not the case. Here enters Manager Jim; Jim asked my wife if she had an appointment. She told him she was just picking up her phone from repair after waiting for more than 2 hours. Manager Jim, raising his voice many times, kept repeating that she needed an appointment to pick up her phone. She left the Joliet store crying from her experience with Manager Jim and we will never step into this store again. Thank You Manager Jim

Ya'll, this Best Buy is in shambles. Looks like it's falling apart on the outside. Weathered and not appealing. Corporate, what are ya'll doing? Fix this store!

I was patiently waiting in the online pick up line with my young toddler for about 10 minutes. No one stepped over to help us. I was the only person standing in this particular line. A white gentleman then entered the line behind me. Shortly thereafter a Best Buy employee asked this gentleman, not me, if he was here to pick up an online order. He said yes and was promptly served. After his order was retrieved, I was asked by this same Best Buy employee if I needed help. Long story short, a manager (I think) eventually retrieved my order. I will never return to this store and will likely never purchase another item from Best Buy. I am completely disgusted.

Delivered me two broken fridges in a row and the GM is nothing but a jerk about anything. Was supposed to get money back on the second fridge because they were 400 dollars in difference. Never saw the difference. Delivery people destroyed my walls and floor and Best Buy sent me to a third party for damages. Third party is slow and not solving the problem. I have now replaced parts on my new fridge because I would rather do it on my own than have another one of these idiots in my house. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Rich, in the appliance dep, was extremely helpful and courteous. Had a great buying experience from this location. Would DEFINITELY come back for future purchases. Great atmosphere and attentive service.

Great deal on the LG G3 65" OLED TV. It was available on time as scheduled. The staff also helped me get a kit of mounting screws and spacers. I would need to mount it on my existing MM540 mount.

Best Buy is a great store if your looking for anything electronic that’s not online. It’s a different experience to actually touch and look at the actual product so you can get a feel if it’s the right one for you.The employees are always so friendly and very knowledgeable no matter which department you go too. I also appreciate how they keep the bathrooms clean for their customers.The store is always well organized and clear so you won’t have any issues accidentally bumping into anything. Overall it’s a great store ?. ??

They charge you for BAGS. You know the things you put the product in that you just bought from the store. What a joke, I honestly thought the worker was kidding. What an awful company
