Purchased the X2 AGM battery and it keeps failing. It still tests “good” on their system- this is a commonality of ALL X2 AGM batteries to reduce and omit any warranty replacement within the 4-year period. Do your research before purchasing from Batteries Plus as they will not warranty unless it’s a “dead cell” situation, but customer neglect claims still omit the warranty. It’s bad business and a bad battery. They’re not willing to defective refund TOWARDS purchasing a better battery. It’s an absolute scam and no true help. If you read the online warranty policy for Batteries Plus, it quite literally denies ALL warranty claims as the result of failure or symptoms are subjective. Their warranty tests are configured to guarantee a pass when the battery is nearing end of life and performance has dropped. Do NOT buy from Batteries Plus or an X2 Battery. GOOGLE search X2 return or failure.

0/10 got my screen fixed 5 months later the screen stopped working, then i came back today 12/3/23 and the SAME DAY the screen turned fully black and stopped working. 0/10 i do not recommend coming here

Really great experience with this store. My phone speaker broke while I was working.Jennifer was cranking through customers in a long line and multitasking a ton of things at once for all the repairs and battery replacements they had going on. Mitch had the knowledge to diagnose my weird speaker issue I had with my phone. They were able to get my phone in while I waited and had lunch. It was done by the time I came back and I'm able to get back to work. Thank you Jennifer and Mitch
