I went to AutoZone for wipers and bought the wrong ones. When I went back to exchange them I dealt with Mr. Alfredo. He was very helpful and installed my new wiper for free. At the time of my visit the store was very busy and regardless of it being very hectic Mr. Alfredo was very pleasant.

Snobby little girl answering the phone evidently hates her job. Ran me off the phone after asking a simple question about specific part needed for my car. Don’t work at a auto parts store if it’s not your speed ??♀️

I brought a new battery for my SRT, on the day I came into the store there were no customers. I had to wait a minute before someone came from the back. 2 weeks prior the salesperson install the battery but did not replace the ventilation system. So I needed the parts that come with the battery so that the car would run correctly. But no one there had a clue of what I was talking about and said I would have to go to the dealership to get it. 1 salesperson even told me I must have a very old car cuz she never heard of what I was talking about. I kept telling them the little piece should come with the battery. I want a couple miles up the street to another one and told the salesperson exact same thing and he just handed me one turn off another battery.
The sales people at this AutoZone really need some serious training.

Rico (sorry if I spelled this wrong) was phenomenal and assisted with installing my battery on one of the coldest days. I know he could’ve declined but he didn’t and I am super grateful for him! Need more awesome employees like him!

This location always ALWAYS is great!!! (I have to empathize that) The team members here are and have always been very attentive, willing to help as much as possible and overall the service is spectacular! Other locations can’t compare.

Today, I had a horrible day. I got into my car and my windshield wipers went out. I was thinking what else is going to happen to me today.Luckily, I was near the Joliet Mall and knew there was an AutoZone near it. I came down RT 30 and pulled into the parking lot and walked in. Believe me that was the last thing I wanted to do today.All of a sudden, I was greeted by this tall young man with a gray polo and hat on with the biggest smile and asked me, “How is your day going so far M’am? Other than the rain, it’s a great day, isn’t it? What can I help you find?”I didn’t think anyone or anything would brighten my day up, but here he was…greeting me with a warm welcome and a positive attitude; I could not stay stressed or mad any longer. He instantly put a smile on my face!Not only was he super welcoming, he heard about my day and he took me right over to the windshield wipers, got the ones I needed and put The new ones on my car for me.I tried to tip him, but he would not take it.This AutoZone has the most caring and efficient workers I’ve interacted with in any other store. I made sure I got his name before moving along…thank you, Dominic F for making me smile this afternoon!Go to AutoZone on RT 30!!!

I'm in ? right now. If I could give this autozone infinite thumbs up I would. So my daughters dad passed away and I receive a check for her every month. Literally all the cash money I have to my name and from her check was in my wallet. Your talking about almost a $900 or more in cash. Plus all of my Id's, debit cards, literally everything I have to my name was in there. Well I got called for a family emergency and left in a hurry and forgot my wallet. To Dominique Frederick, an employee at this autozone thank you so so so much. You are an amazing person. He deserves to be a manager and get promoted. This is a hard quality to find in a person. He went above and beyond. He found my wallet, tried to find me and even called the junk yard I was just previously at, and then made sure to call his job and managers and told them the story and to put the wallet in the safe. My money, cards and all were untouched and still there. Most people would've taken it, this young gentlemen, Dominique Frederick didn't and went above and beyond for me. Thank you again so much. Come to this autozone for all your needs.
