“This is the best, friendliest, and most reasonable shop I've ever been to! My truck broke an upper ball joint while I was going down 80 and caused major damage. The tow truck company i called actually lined me up with them. I had to have my truck that evening for work and they said no problem. The truck was dropped off around 10 am, and I picked it back up by 4 pm! Tyler, Mike, and the rest of the crew are amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. “Besides all the YouTube hype… This is a A1 shop. I have a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq. Has a weird bolt pattern. Al goes above and beyond. He carried 5 or 6 rims out so I could see them next to it. Extremely nice guy and great costumer service. They will always have my business.”

“Starter on my truck was dying on December 23rd. Finally got it to turn over about 5pm. I called everywhere to try to get the truck in while it was still running. Talked to Chino who told me they were closing up but he would stick around to i for there to receive the vehicle. The shop had it diagnosed and fixed before noon on Christmas Eve. Impeccable service.”

“Today Wednesday 1/10/24, my wife stopped by about 8:30 am. Her 2020 Terran engine light was on. Nothing against Dealership's, if she brought it in to be check out it may have been $100 or so to analyze it. The gentleman diagnosed it saying it has a gas cap issue. It has a cap less, the hose just enters the car. He look at it and the light went out about 10 minutes later My wife wanted to give him a tip, in a nice way he refused to take the money. Great Job !”
“Although extension 102 seems to be busy all day and has a full mailbox making it impossible to leave a message, if you reach out by email they will contact you very quick. Emailed me back for a old car I was getting rid of and we negotiated a price which seemed to be very fair, within an hour a tow truck came and we took off the licenses plates and he gave me a check for the amount agreed upon. Another 5 minutes later the car is gone and check is in the bank, Ashley’s seems like a legit business and would recommend to anybody looking to get rid of their old used car.
