I Purchased a 2011 Kia Soul for my daughter and she is very pleased with it. Carl was very helpful when providing information and the vehicle was fairly priced. Just from looking at the cars on his lot and by talking with him, you can tell that he sells quality vehicles and doesn't give that desperate used car salesman gimmick that Ive been running into while used car shopping. I left very confident with my purchase and feel like the vehicle will be safe and reliable for my daughter. I will be back to buy my sons car when it's his turn and will recommend Auto Concepts to anyone looking!

Please don't fall for all these fake 5 star reviews with no comments. This place sells "rust free trucks from Texas that have never seen salt". The 2008 F350 Harley edition we purchased from them in 2017 leaked oil the instant we drove it off the lot and parked it. 6 months later the head gaskets blew. 6 months later the rusted out u-joints broke leaving us stranded on the side of the road. On top of all of this the odometer read 170-180k but after all the issues we pulled carfax to find the odometer had been rolled back from over 300k. DON'T BUY FROM THIS LEMON DEALER.

Stay away from this dealer he is illegal and sheisty. File a complaint with the illinois Attorney General if you have been violated...we did and so have others. He sells cars with blown head gaskets....he lie about accident history, mileage and then he stands behind (as-is) policy which means nothing if the Dealer is violating the Lemon Laws of Illinois.You have been warned! DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO CONCEPTS!
