I have been filing with them for 4 years this is the first year I have had problems. I can’t get in contact with anyone from their office for weeks. Office is closed. They don’t respond back to the numerous voicemails I left.

First off, the people that work here are very nice.... Got our taxes filed, found out we owed....ok thats kool...3 days ltr I discover my SS number was wrong, so we go back to the place, the IRS was quick to see the mistake plus we owed more money...now that's not the end of it...two weeks after another bill comes, 3 days ltr another one from IRS...Man they screwed our taxes royally not to mention us. We will never use them again...
