Horribly rude dispatcher that seemed almost upset that I called and asked for a tow. Do not even think about this company. No helpful insight or guidance on local repair as well as suggesting I should call 15 minutes earlier as if I could control when my tire could blow out. Refused service after having to contact insurance company. Quite literally said not to call back and ask for help. Truly awful service quite possibly the worst I have ever seen

this place is a rip off. 295.00$ for a 5 mile tow. anyplace else the highest tow would be 150.00$ they have a major scam going on.shorewood to joliet tow.

Let me start by saying that I am aware my insurance company hired this service. First off, rude as hell people. When dealing with people who are probably anxious and stressed, a little empathy goes a long way. Was given an ETA and when they did not show up, I called and was told the service was canceled 30 minutes earlier at 1:06pm. Hm interesting considering your text system said you were arriving at 1:23. I did confirm I was more than willing to pay the costs associated with being out of area and was waiting on a call back with a quote. Call never happened and that’s when I called back and they said it was canceled. My insurance company didn’t cancel (and I know because I talked to 3 different people who confirmed that) and I sure as hell didn’t so not sure what happened, but it seems from these other reviews, this is not the first time.So before you respond in these comments with your snarky attitude, I encourage you to learn a little bit more about customer service and basic human decency.

Dispatch was extremely rude, Driver was worse. Then the driver tries to pick a fight with the person at repair facility trying to help.

Do not use this company they are a rip off. Towed a motorcycle 3 miles all they had to do was hook up the winch to the tow straps we already had on the bike that was in the creek pull it on a flatbed and drive it 3 miles. I was charged $1000. not only was it ridiculously priced but when we called they gave us 30 to 45 minute wait it took them over two hours to actually get there. No Services were rendered by this company. Officer on scene sent them away and called another company. This company still charged us over $3000 and it was confirmed by the officer that they did not do anything ... didn't even touch the vehicle. I can understand a service fee for a call, but not over $3000 to be charged for not doing anything. When in a situation along the highway always call 911 and get an officer on scene first... do not just call the closest towing company you can find for help.... they will rob you! Like this company did! My insurance company paid the towing company that the officer contacted and who actually did everything to get the car out and towed to the yard.... American Bulldog did nothing and still charged us.... I will continue to fight these charges as this was not even what they had originally quoted when they were first called. Just beware and think twice.... This company will rob you!!!

I was never planning to use this service, especially after horrible reviews on YELP but my insruance company send them to me and this is by far the worst company i ever deal with.RYAN the owner is so horrible to talk to and extremely unprofessional to talk to and will try to rip you off for every penny.Clear the price upfront otherwise he will make you pay doubleServices: Battery

this place is a scam. ryan the so-called owner is very rude and rip you off. i asked for battery change and he charged me double the cost. markey price is around 150$ and he charged me 350$ beware customer, not to get any service from this place. my indurance company send these otherwise i would never work with these people
