I went in not knowing really what I needed. I was immediately greeted by the girl behind the counter. When wandering the isles, a guy named Jake greeted me and asked if he could help. I explained what I wanted to do and jake was very helpful in finding me exactly what I needed, and telling me how to use it. He even found me a cheaper alternative that saved me 10$, which was nice. He was knowledgable and friendly, and had me out of there in no time. And the parts worked too. So I'm very happy about the service. ?

I have 2 little ones so shopping can be stressful. The staff here are great. Shoutout to the gentleman today that helped me find my items and carried my birdseed to the register and my car. Not to mention the free suckers for the kids! Thank you Whitmore Ace Joliet.

They were very nice and helpful. I am elderly and handicapped. They came out to help get my chair out of the car and wheeled me into the store and over to the grill area. Very helpful with answering my questions

I had a lawnmower, housing bracket that required a special bolt which I couldn’t find at other stores, but Jake at the Essington store in Joliet, was able to find me the proper bolt and washer combination quickly professionally, and politely.
It’s great to work with professionals like Jake.
