I Recently had my Jeep wrangler window replaced. After the window was repaired i noticed a whistle that sounded different than a bad seal but difficult to pinpoint.
I appreciated the time they took to work with me to pinpoint the problem. It took a little longer to find - but they were committed to seeing it resolved.
The process led to them reinstalling the window with a new bead of adhesive.
The four star rating isn’t just for the replacement window (that should be the baseline standard) it was for the customer service and attention offered to get it right when something was wrong.

Went in to get a 1/2” chip fixed. After they worked on it for 10 minutes, they came back saying that it can’t be fixed since it cracked more once they were fixing it. Now it’s a 12”+ crack and a whole windshield needs to be replaced and they are not able to replace it since a windshield is not available for a 2024 Tesla model Y yet. Now I’m out $1,300+ dollars, just go to Safelite or a more reputable repair shop that stands by their work.

I really shopped around and asked for recommendations before finding this place. Their price, service, and courtesy were second to none, and I would certainly refer anyone in the market for autoglass repair and replacement use their services.

Do better Aaron’s… All I wanted was for business to take accountability of their mishap. Took my Chevy to Aaron’s for a windshield repair. Well the windshield leaked when it rained. Went back in and spoke with manager Danny who insisted it was the sunroof and not the windshield. I believed him and went and got the sunroof tested and $295 later the test revealed it was indeed the windshield that was leaking. Went back to Aaron’s only to be told again that it wasn’t the windshield because the liner was not wet. Well good thing I had videos to show the water dripping from top of windshield as well as a bubble forming during test. After watching the videos Danny reluctantly agreed it was the windshield that was leaking but wouldn’t/couldn’t do anything about money spent on test although he told me it was the sunroof. Whatever happened to good customer service and taking responsibility for your errors. Yes they redid the windshield at not cost but they also blamed the sunroof and I spent additional money for no reason. This was not my first time here, but definitely my last. Perfect example of you get what you pay for. I would have been better off going to a competitor with more knowledge.

If you need your auto glass replaced, do not go anywhere else. I have needed a replacement windshield on multiple vehicles in the past and have always used Safelight, just for the ease of scheduling, receiving the quote etc. Windshield replacement was always a part of my insurance until recently, which is why paying a $100 deductible was never a big deal. Fast forward to our current insurance and needing a windshield replaced on a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander.
Got a quote from Safelight and its $800 not including tax and labor fees. I said to myself there is no way that it could be that much what am I missing. I looked around and found Aaron's Auto Glass. Great experience from scheduling all the way through the tech replacing at my house and taking payment. Very professional staff answering phones, followed up with a call the next morning to let me know when the tech would arrive, replacement took a total of 45 minutes. Total cost you ask? $308, including the tax and labor.
Safelight marks up their glass by 80%, Aarons auto glass did not pass on that markup. I will be using Aaron's Auto Glass for all future replacements and recommending them to everyone that asks.
TLDR: Aaron's Auto Glass replaced my windshield for 60% less than Safelight would have with a professional experience from start to end.

Called for a quote on a Thursday, it was very reasonable. Scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. When I arrived, they started the work right away. 50 minutes later, they were done. The front office staff was very nice, and the facility was very clean. I would recommend them for windshield repair. Also, and I didn't know this, they will come to your you for an extra charge. If the weather is cold, you need a warm garage for the bonding agent to set.
